Pain free treatment! Nothing like that post hygienist clean feeling - problem is people avoid it as it can hurt, however the Saturday My Dentist hygiene team are highly-skilled and very friendly. Madiha explains the procedure thoroughly and her nurse, Nejar, ensures you feel as comfortable as possible through the clean. It was pain free for me so over in no time thanks to their skill. Their lovely receptionist, Carla, will find you an appointment and you’ll be out smiling at everybody with confidence in no time. Thank you to all of the above for a professional and pain free appointment.

I am truly grateful for the patience and professionalism of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Madihha for the thorough and professional hygienist cleaning, and to nurse Negar for her kindness and support throughout my appointment. Their calm and caring manner immediately put me at ease. I would also like to thank Dr Tünde for filling my tooth with such care and expertise. She was gentle, reassuring, and highly skilled, which made the whole experience far more comfortable than I had expected. I would also like to mention that there was a dental assistant working alongside Dr Tünde who kindly looked after my autistic son during the X-ray, as he accompanied me to my appointment. Her attentiveness and support meant a great deal to me. The entire team made my dental visit a genuinely positive experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care.

Fantastic staff care and superb treatment by my dentist Anna. She did a great job despite having faulty equipment and the computer system not working properly. Shame the practice has not adequately invested in proper working equipment to provide a much better patient service. My appointment was also delayed by 1 hour which was frustrating. The receptionist was great and very helpful.

I always have a good experience when visiting mydentist for NHS checkups with Tunde, and hygienist Lucy, and previously Eleanor. All excellent at their work and very friendly to boot. The Practice Manager Jaz is also very knowledgeable and helpful and the reception team will helpfully call and text to remind of upcoming appointments.

Cancelled my appointment in June and asked to rearrange was given a date in March 2027. Let’s be honest they don’t won’t NHS patients. They promote private dental plans and give these preferences over NHS patients. They have obviously taken on to many NHS and cannot deliver the service.

Amazing dentist. So patient with me as I’m allergic to some anaesthetic. Navya is such a lovely kind person and Kim is always there to hold my hand if I need her. The receptionists are so polite and such lovely people too.

I never experienced a good quality treatment in this dental practice. I ended up to go emergency to the other country to fix my tooth which the dentist of this dental practice totally destroyed! After two years of treatment abroad no issues with this tooth. This dental practice cancelled twice now my dental appointment for 2025 and 2026 without any reason and without any alternative appointment! They work on very low quality materials. As receptionists as dentists in this dental practice don't know what they doing. They have zero respect for old patients!
