I was referred by 111, I had a lot of pain in my tooth and my face was already swollen, my eye was no longer open. The dentist said she needed to do a root canal, tried to pierce my tooth twice and said it wouldn't be possible, I don't know how she closed my tooth but the hole opened and I'm feeling pain and my tooth is darkening.

I have been at this dental practice for over 40 years and had many dentists but Hannah is brilliant. I had my first root canal filling today and she assured me I wouldnt feel any pain and she was right. Hannah always explains what she is doing before hand and then during the procedure. Her assistant Ellie is also always friendly and also makes you feel at ease. Thank you Hannah for always making my anxiety less and doing such a great job.

Referred by 111. The receptionist seems lovely. The dentist broke my crown off and couldn't extract the roots herself after hours trying. I was then referred for surgery expected to wait a week or two for a callback (after being told by the dentist it would be 2-3 days) After 2 days my whole mouth was extremely painful and getting worse. After paying an ACTUAL dentist £500 to extract the roots he also mentioned all the shattered pieces inside should have been washed out. Clearly little care was taken as I was an NHS patient. Careful.

This is an outstanding dental practice . Last Monday I called up with tooth pain and was given a same day appointment. Wow! The dentist showed me the X-ray indicating that I would need a root canal filling, but assured me that she would be able to eliminate the pain until a permanent filling could be done. This she did and the pain was immediately relieved. I was then fortunate to be offered an appointment for the root canal filling on the Wednesday. Wow again! Again outstanding service. I was fully informed of what was happening and clearly the dentist is very professional and enjoys her job. I had total confidence in her skills. The filling was completed and has been perfect since. In times when there are a lot of complaints about nhs dentistry I just want to say thank you.

Thank you so much for seeing me today for an emergency appointment. The lady dentist that seen me was the kindest, most understanding I've ever seen. She was very thorough and gave excellent advice and talked me through the problem which I had. There need to be more dentists like this lady, and would make people more at ease when visiting. Its a shame this practice are currently unable to take NHS waiting lists, as otherwise I would definitely be joining. Once again thank you so much for today you are truly a very good dentist and to top it all so understanding, thank you so much.

I came in with extreme pain and was shown my x ray and the options I had , had my tooth extracted and it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Both he and his assistant were amazing at putting me at ease as I was totally terrified of the thought. Amazing😃

Thanks so much for seeing me today for an emergency appointment. The male and female who treated me was so caring and professional, they explained everything well and gave time for me to ask questions. I’m very scared at the dentist but they were sooo patient with me during my tooth extraction which really helped me feel at ease. The female staff really helped calm me down by holding my hand throughout. So again thankyou so much for all your help!! The best dental team I’ve been treated by. Highly recommend.
