This dental surgery is excellent. I started going during covid and post cancer treatment. Everyone is kind and patient. Jyoti on reception has made a stressful time so much easier with her lovely manner and interactions as well as taking care of the practical issues. She is very reassuring and personable. Sahra and her assistant make the whole experience enjoyable. Calm, kind, professional and caring. Sahra explains everyting patiently, putting you at ease and her lovely assistant is gentle and kind. I recommend this dental practice without reservation. Thank you to everyone.

I went to Bupa to have three wisdom teeth removed. I normally don’t have any issues with dentists and don’t feel anxious about dental procedures, but during the removal I suddenly felt very unsettled and panicky. Dr Sahra and Nurse Margaret were incredible. The kindness they showed me—especially Nurse Margaret—made a huge difference. She gently held and stroked my hand and helped calm me down. I’m truly very grateful to them both, Dr Sahra also did a great job at removing the teeth! Both very friendly and professional.

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of attending my first hygienist appointment with Elizbieta Debska Sarwar. Wow!!! She is absolutely first class. Her gentle, kind manner, positive outlook throughout, expert advice and guidance on achieving the very best for my teeth and gums was both thorough and nothing short of outstanding. And then there was my treatment. I cannot remember the last time I had to have numbing injections to get through, as my teeth and gums are so sensitive....but not any more! The new, freshly installed, hi-tech equipment has left me speechless! No pain whatsoever. I am in utter amazement. I walked out incredibly happy and will never fret about future appointments...I'm actually looking forward to it! That new cleaning machine should win an award!....and Elizbieta is my new hero. Had to book here for an emergency appointment following a broken tooth. They got me seen within 24 hours and my tooth was fixed after 30 minutes. The staff were all fantastic and efficient - thank you so much!

I’ve been a customer for over 4 years, having twice a year check ups including during the pregnancy. They are an outstanding and professional team with the highest standards of genuine care for people. Ella in particular has been the best hygienist I had the pleasure of meeting. Saw Ela today who is a hygienist. I was very impressed by her ability to ‘teach’ me techniques to improve my oral brushing. She made me feel comfortable and was chatty throughout. I would definitely recommend Ela to anyone looking for a good hygienist.
