I really cannot give enough praise to the entire team at TOC bracknell , I have just completed 3 years of braces treatment with them and throughout my orthodontist had been fantastic and clear with what the plan is and where we were, aswell she gave thorough advice and instructions for cleaning. Even the reception team were always welcoming and adaptable to variable circumstances, and moving dates around when needed. Thank you all!

Great staff, knowledgeable, explain clearly what is happening and why. Email reminders for appontments. Only reason for 4* is no answerphone and no parking. Have found it difficult to contact by phone. They do reapond swiftly to emails. Havent tried IG messenger although that may be quicker

Modern and clean, but not very organised. on our second (and last) visit we were asked to complete a two page medical, photo and GDPR consent form. we'd already done this on our first visit but were told, 'its just in case anything has changed'. How ridiculous that we had to do it all again, especially when one of the questions was about race/ nationality etc, that's not going to change! what they should have done is handed me a print out of our last form, and asked us to check if everything is still correct, that would save us and i expect them ALOT of time!. On a people note, the nurse that greeted us and took us through for photos etc. needs to lean some customer skills. she spoke so fast, was a bit forceful and not very welcoming. the Orthodontist however was lovely and friendly.

Very bad clinic. They forced us to attend an expensive Hygienist Service and suspended our appointment. When we finished our Hygienist Service appointment, they only restarted to arrange our apointment after we have asked twice. When the appointment clashed with my son's test, they were not helpful to provide us with better time. Another problem is they sometimes will ask you to come to the appointment for just taking a few pictures for reviewing. My son's school is far away from the clinic. He needs to take a half day off from school for every appointment. There were a few times that the appointment was only for taking pictures without any treatment.
