Perfect Smile - Dentist in Market Street

I’ve been a patient for 6 years, my previous dentist had left and I was seen by Sunny and his assistant Lou. I’ve always had a fantastic experience here, but Sunny and Lou were just incredible. Positive attitudes from both; smiles and easy-going professionalism. Gentle and careful hands during the check-up, and talked through things at every point. My treatment and ongoing advice was approached with care and with an attitude of doing the best for the future rather than negatively focusing on the past. I can honestly say I have never had a better dental experience than with this duo and will happily visit them again.

My daughter Florence was extremely happy with her results , filled up 4 teeth with white filling with zero discomfort. Very helpful friendly dentist who put her at ease very quickly. She said she does not understand why people are scared of going to dentist as my treatment was not painful at all. Worth every penny.

This is my second time here and I love the practice, it’s calm and there appears to be good management of its environment and reception area. The hygienist and the assistants were very professional and reassuring. My appointment was slightly delayed today as the staff wasn’t able to check me in however, they did realise I was waiting 15 mins and I was called in. Not a big deal as I know reception teams deals with a lot of admin, walk in and calls. It’s still a pleasant experience overall.

Very disappointed with service. No loyalty here! I had a crown and veneer fitted at significant cost. The veneer lasted just over a year before falling off. As the veneer was no longer under warranty, I was charged £150 for the privilege of having it stuck back on by Dr Sara. This was a five minute job. Five months later, it has fallen off again and she wants to charge me another £150. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Zero customer loyalty. Avoid!

I had my dental treatment with Dr Sunny and nurse Louise, I cannot express how amazing they are. I have had previous bad dental experiences that caused me to have anxiety but they made me feel very relaxed and they was very professional. Sunny was informative about oral hygiene, he was understanding and not judgmental about my own hygiene as myself had been battling confidence issues for a while until this treatment! Also the practice is very clean and all staff are very friendly. Really Professional dental practice I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I attended for root canal work. Aatif expertly conducted the lengthy process in a proficient & timely manner with the minimum discomfort. Surprisingly, (having had this awkward & painful procedure in the past elsewhere), I felt well enough to go about my normal day. I had a great night & following day without the need for painkillers thus far. Most impressed. Thank you.

I had the privilege of starting my Invisalign journey with Dr Tasnim, she’s made this experience really easy and has gone above and beyond in making this as smooth and as comfortable as possible for me alongside the other staff at Perfect smile when it came to payment options. They’re all very kind and answered all my questions and worries with reassurance and clarity. Would highly recommend her and the dental practice!
