Highly professional and very helpful. Staff are always friendly and helpful, texting reminders prior to appointment. Nobody really likes going to the dentist but they make it easier and more pleasant than most!

My regular dentist at Parkhouse Dental Surgery is the fantastic Gi. Such a caring approach to every visit and any treatment I have needed. Her total care and attention to every small detail is something I always comment on, I never feel rushed and feel I can talk to her about any worries or concerns I may have. She always takes the time to listen and explains everything in a way that is so easy to understand. There is never a wrong question to ask Gi. She knows all my past history with my teeth and jaw issues and totally takes this into consideration when we discuss any work that needs doing. Her infinite patience, care and attention along with her high level of dental work is the reason I will never move away from Parkhouse Dental Surgery. She has always managed to fit me into her appointment schedule whenever I have urgently needed to see her outside of booked appointments, which is so reassuring for me. Absolutely all the staff I have encountered when visiting have been so welcoming and caring. This includes the Hygienist and Dental Assistants as well as the most incredibly helpful and approachable Reception Staff I have ever had the pleasure of either speaking to over the phone or face to face.

I can’t rate how good this dental practice is. The staff are fantastic and that is everyone from front of house staff to dentist, hygienist and dental assistants. The practice is clean and tidy. Every time I have needed an emergency appointment/ same day appointment they have fitted me in. Always on time appointments. Wouldn’t go to another place now.

Absolutely amazing dental surgery! The front of house are always lovely and very organised. I’ve never been more confident with my new dentist Gee. Her work is up to date and highly professional she’s a miracle worker. Highly recommend. Thank you Gee!

The same as many current NHS surgeries. Not taking on any new NHS, no waiting list to replace current NHS people keaving the area or dying.But happy to sign up private clients.

I have been coming to this surgery for over a year now and have to say I am always impressed by the quality of service I receive from the dentist, the hygenist and the reception staff. There is a friendly, helpful "can do" attitude in this well equipped surgery. Access and parking is good too. I can totally recommend it.

Terrible! Have a bad tooth infection caused by wisdom teeth so I went for an X-ray as requested by another dentist. I was incredibly upset and disappointed by the dentist’s lack of professionalism and manner. Not only did she not do the X-ray, she wrote on my notes that she’d tried but I couldn’t open my mouth enough due to an infection. This was a lie but when I tried to query why the appointment was not as I’d expected she got defensive and said if I didn’t trust her I could just see another dentist. She then ripped up my prescription for antibiotics for the infection and refused to issue another, even despite members of staff asking her to rewrite it. It meant I left the practice having received no treatment and no explanation from the dentist on why the X-ray wasn’t carried out as requested. NHS complaint has been issued and I have left the practice and found a new one. Also discovered they moved my parents into private dental care without telling them, so they’ve been charged more for their care than they should have been as they were originally NHS patients - so if you’re at Park House, check you’ve not been moved to private unexpectedly!
