Roundshill House Dental Practice

I recently had my first appointment with Dr Chawla after being with my Andrew for many years, so I was naturally feeling very anxious and wary about the change. The appointment was initially just meant to be a check-up, but it turned out I needed a bit more treatment than expected. From the moment I sat in the chair, I was reassured. Everything was explained clearly and calmly, which immediately put me at ease. After previously having a tooth infection and being prescribed antibiotics, he took the time to properly examine my mouth and identify a possible reason why I had been prone to infection. During the appointment, he carried out a new filling on my left-hand side and repaired a couple of root/top-of-tooth fillings on the right. I also had an injection, which I don’t recall ever having before, and I was incredibly nervous about it. However, I felt completely safe and supported throughout, both by him and the nurse. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a genuinely positive one. I left feeling reassured, well cared for, and confident that I’m in very good hands. I’m so grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and thorough care I received.

Dr Baljeet Singh Chawla is a sensational asset to Rounds Hill Dental Practice. He is non-judgemental, thorough and explains things in a way that is easily understandable. He genuinely cares, which is a rare find. I was unsure coming here with my partner Jamie but we were both surprised at how amazing the customer service and patient rapport is at this practice. It was lovey meeting Dr Bhaljeet Chawla today! He was very personable and welcomed me and my 9 year old son, who was slightly nervous changing dentists. The whole team were so positive and it was an extremely pleasant experience!

Today I saw Baljeet singh chawla I Had cosmetic fillings done… 3 of them!!!… safe to say I was worried as I haven’t been to a dentist in years! He did put me at ease was efficient with his practice and the staff he had helping him and did a really great job loyal customer is onboard! he went Over and beyond and even said I look like I go to the gym ! Signed up as a new NHS patient after not being able to see a dentist since before Covid. I was given an appointment within a week. I saw the new owner/dentist - Dr. Baljeet Singh Chawla. A truly lovely gentlemen and fantastic dentist who went above and beyond to ensure my issues were sorted, instead of asking me to return he fixed my bad tooth during the appointment and identified multiple cavities that also required filling to prevent future issues. He sorted them during the appointment too. He was friendly, assuring and over all professional, he went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and ensure I had positive experience. Could not recommend enough, 10/10 service all round. Thank you.

Jenny is a tremendous dentist 💓. She restored my smile line and now looking forward to book some cosmetic treatments with her. She’s gentle, caring, patient and a superb professional overall. She runs you through the steps of the treatment and is always putting you in control. Love love loveeee going to see her and Dawn as well 😍🎉
