Perfect Smile - Dentist in Bracknell (High St.)

I had my annual NHS dental checkup. The reception team were very friendly and supportive. The Dental Surgeon and Nurse were very professional and efficient. I had a dental X-ray done. It was easy to make an appointment for the dental hygienist. Everything went as planned. Due to attend the surgery for a dental hygiene service.

I’ve always been really nervous of dentists and I had to change after a bad experience with another Dentist. I went to Sunny on my husband‘s recommendation and I have to say I have never met a more qualified Dentist. He is amazing and today I went in on my own for a filling which for me is a huge achievement. I am petrified of Dentist but not anymore. . I can’t wait sunny high enough . He is absolutely amazing.

Saw a new dentist today called Carolina she was fantastic with my son and shared alot of her knowledge with us both. Very welcoming and reassuring with necessary treatment. Thank you 🙂

Kids appointment felt exceptionally rushed….literally just naming what teeth they had for the system and overjet size (which was incorrect - told my daughter 8mm whereas it is 12mm as measured by orthodontist so not even close!) No gum checks, just a very rushed exam - Literally just looking for a few seconds with the mirror. Felt it was a complete waste of time for them. Also NO mention of the weird enamel on her back molar. All dentists point it out and ask for it to be monitored - nope. Just in chair and get out!!! My appointment wasn’t as rushed however I know my molar has 5 fractures in it not visible on x-ray (I declined more x rays having had them previously and told that their system won’t recognise other dental surgery x rays) and this wasn’t mentioned or even picked up. I appreciated getting fitted for a mouthguard but that was pretty much it. Overall very disappointed having waiting so long for NHS help. I do believe that was probably first and last ever dental check up under the NHS

Always professional and Dr Omar Rana puts you at ease and carries out thorough check ups and any necessary treatments. Reception staff are also friendly and welcoming, particularly Holly.

Efficient and well organised. Had not had treatment for many years. But after 30 minutes in the chair, 2 fillings and a clean, all good. Minimal discomfort. The dentist was professional, careful and understanding.

Had a hygeinest appointment with Dr Luke Williams. I was nervous and said I was concerned about a couple of teeth that had repaired crowns that had a ledge on the back so to be careful when doing any scraping etc. He listened to my request and was very careful with the teeth. Also I said I get very sensitive near the gum line and asked if I could use some of the numbing gel, he said that it doesn't last more than a couple of minutes usually, but he would be very careful and if I wasn't happy to ask for the gel. In the end he was right, I didn't need the gel and he did the job brilliantly and without any uncomfortable pressure or pain. Thanks Luke! IzzY (Iskander)
