I don’t usually leave reviews, but Westmount Dental truly deserve one. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Maria carried out my assessment and was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. As someone who can feel a little anxious about dental appointments, Maria immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience much more relaxed. A special thank you also to Saif, who was exceptional throughout my appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. The level of customer service and professionalism at Westmount Dental is outstanding. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming, and the whole team made the experience a positive one from start to finish. I would highly recommend Westmount Dental to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, caring, and puts patients first. Their friendly and caring nature really stood out, and it made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. They were also wonderful with my son, showing patience and kindness and helping him feel relaxed during his visit. I truly appreciated their professionalism and genuine care for both of us. Today I had my 6 months check up. It was a great experience. The nurse took time to explain everything, and giving sound advice on the way. Explaining what to do and not to do to take care of my teeth and gums. A credit to the company.
