Wynyard Dental Practice

Today was my first time attending Wynyard Dental Practice, and it became very clear that it was a proud family business. The staff, and Nicholas Fleming were warm, friendly, and relaxed. This automatically placed me at ease, especially when I anticipated the opposite due to my previous dental practice. There was transparency about everything, not only through my discussion with Mr Fleming, but even throughout my initial consultation. I could see exactly what he was referring to inside my mouth as he guided me through my X-rays. Furthermore, due to socio-economic factors, I hadn’t visited a dentist for nearly five years but, again, I was out at ease being told that we can work through my dental plan at my own pace; as and when I am able to. Overall, I am incredibly happy! I wanted to see how my appointment went first, before looking to schedule appointments for my wife and children. I am extremely satisfied.

Dr Tim is an outstanding dentist, extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain every treatment and answer any questions. His calm, friendly, and professional approach immediately puts you at ease, no matter how complex the dental issue may be. It’s reassuring to know you’re in such capable hands. The entire team at Wynyard Dental Practice is equally welcoming, friendly, and professional. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re made to feel valued and well looked after. The service is consistently excellent, and appointments are always handled efficiently. Another great aspect is their fair and reasonable pricing. The quality of care and workmanship you receive represents excellent value, and I’ve always been very pleased with the results. A huge thank you to Dr Tim and the entire team for looking after me over the last decade. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wynyard Dental Practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

I have found the practice a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and despite having tricky intensive treatment I was put at ease and didn’t feel nervous .

Incredible service from Tim and the team. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. I was quite nervous about having a root canal, but Tim made the whole process feel straightforward and completely pain-free. His reassuring manner and clear explanations really helped put me at ease. The price was also very reasonable, especially given the high standard of treatment I received. It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise at such a fair cost. Had amazing service from the practice today, we’re away on holiday for the weekend and had an unexpected problem with my son’s tooth. Spoke to reception who were incredibly helpful and kindly fitted us in before they closed (it’s a Saturday too!). My son said the dentist was lovely and checked everything out which we were very grateful for, our thanks to everyone involved 🙂
