Fantastic service by the team at Nanog today. Chipped a tooth at 9am and was seen by 12pm by Euros. Felt completely comfortable thanks to the Advice & professionalism by Euros & the lovely Carly. Fantastic results with clear indication on where to improve my dental routine. Great customer service by Tina & Kirsty upon arrival. Both booked me in within 3 hours for an emergency appointment. ⸻ I had two dental implants completed by Dr. Mike Hughes over two years ago, following the removal of two teeth, bone grafts, and a sinus lift. I was extremely nervous and genuinely dreaded the entire process. However, Mike and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Mike was professional, meticulous, and incredibly reassuring throughout. He explained every step of the treatment in clear detail and even phoned me afterwards to check how I was doing. His ability to speak Welsh was the icing on the cake and made the experience even more comfortable for me. Lisa, Rhiain, the admin team, and the nursing staff were all kind, caring, and thoroughly professional. The practice itself is modern, welcoming, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which gave me great confidence in the care I was receiving. I now have two beautiful implants that match my natural teeth perfectly, and I feel so much more confident. My teeth have never looked or felt healthier.
