Absolutely amazing dentist. They are so patient and understanding. I have severe dentist phobia and they put me at ease. Just had tooth out and another 1 in weeks time. They explained everything before doing anything. Didn't make me feel bad for asking for numbing gel like me previous dentist did. Highly recommend. All staff are just amazing. Thanx do much x

From the reception staff, to the hygienist and through to the dentist, all very approachable, kind, caring and professional. Non-judgmental, no lectures from them. For a nervous patient, they were very calming and reassuring, took their time and were interested in my concerns. Well oiled machine with friendly staff. I had contacted several dentists to get treatment - they were the only positive phone call I made, I travelled an hour to get to them and it was well worth it. I have joined their monthly plan to save money in the long run. Well worth a visit.

This dentist is good value for money, honest and willing to help. Bally is kind and always understands any concerns you may have and reassure you which is a must as I am a nervous patient. The prices a fair (cheaper than a few local private dentists) and treatment is pain-free, easy and overall - a breeze. Thank you - I highly recommend.

Amazing dental practice. I really didn't like going to the dentist before I started going to Tan Y Graig, now I look forward to the appointments. All the staff are really friendly and provide a totally different standard of service than any other dentist I've been to. Would recommend to anyone

Ive been with Tan y Graig for 30 years and can higly recommend the service on offer. Nothing is to much trouble for Bale and the staff. Ive rung up out of the blue with problems with teeth breaking or cracking, because of a medical condition i have, and each time i was asked to come in and was seen as soon as a space was available. If the job was to large to do at the time Bale would give me a temporary fix until a proper appoiment could be made. Excellent Service.

Rang this practice for my 76 year old brother, who has a terminal illness. He's been in a lot of pain with a toothache,he's confind to his bed. They agreed to see him as a paying customer,however they said he'd have to have a consultation first then come back for the treatment . He could of made one trip with a huge effort from him. I explained his situation and was told these are guidelines. Unbelievable inhumane.
