City Dental practice

As an international student living abroad, I cannot have had a better experience. The team were friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. Not only was the service pleasing, but with their precision and good care, they discovered an invasive cervical root resorption which my home dentist had never detected. They provided me with all the resources and advice I needed and even emailed my dentist at home when I moved back to continue my care. Thank you to the City Dental Practice! Cannot recommend them enough!

First dentistry I went to in my life where I had to ask for a lead shield for my organs when getting an X-Ray done - then only thing they could find in the back of a cupboard was a small shield for my neck area. Doctor then said I needed a root canal done because "it would have to happen eventually". Different dentist gave me a regular filling and now, one year later, I'm still totally fine without a root canal. Not sure if this is simply the British standard of dentistry but I would not recommend this place.

Had excellent experiences each time I've been here, I was treated with care and made to feel very comfortable throughout the procedures. The staff are all friendly and extremely professional, and I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Phoned these people up after suffering in immense pain for weeks. Im terrified of dentists by the way. I needed a tooth removed it was nearly falling out and I've not been able to chew in weeks. My anxiety was through the roof . I got the courage to phone this dentist to be told by some stroppy telefonist with as many qualifications as my left testicle that they are a private dentist like I'm beneath her, and that the save teeth not pull them. Fact is within 30 seconds of hanging up I pulled my own tooth out .wonder why I don't like dentists.

I've been trying to book an appointment for a week now, and I've been ignored each time. What's the point of offering an emergency dental service if it takes you 3 weeks to check your messages/emails? Incredibly unprofessional

Outstanding professional dental surgery ,was away on a walking holiday and had dental pain nothing was to much trouble , seen same day took plenty of time to assess the problem better than my dentist at home would highly recommend.

I have been going to this dental practice in past three years and the service I have received was professional, transparent and excellent. Highly recommended
