I saw Dr Konstantinos. Excellent experience: Caring, regular status checks and real attention to detail. My fillings feel noticeable smoother and natural than I'm used to and after the hygiene treatment, my teath look better than they have for many years. Really good place!

I’ve been with Clockhouse since the late 90’s and have never had a poor experience. I’m quite a nervous patient, however Dr Azahara Berlango always manages to put me at ease. Her demeanour is so calming. The nursing staff are all great and personable. 5* all round!

I’m afraid of dentists, and even more wary of health administrators / reception. But I’ve had the best experience at ClockHouse Dental. The receptionist answers the phone and is never in a hurry, attentive, and is always keen to help. In person, they are welcoming. Dr Apostolos is a truly great doctor. He treats you like a human / person - not a patient whose teeth is his only concern. He’s had to do some complicated rectification procedures on me owing to bad dentistry in the past, and he’s been calm, reassuring, and talks you through the process.

Excellent experience. Turned up for a filling, dentist was dead on time, didn't tush things, spent time first cleaning all teeth and then handling the filling. Job done. Happy customer!

Very disappointing experience. My appointment was rearranged by the practice four times, and when I finally attended today after building up the courage to come, I was told they had double booked me. I suffer from dental anxiety, so attending appointments is not something I take lightly. After waiting, I was eventually seen by the dentist, only to be told that he didn’t have enough time to treat me and that I would need to be rescheduled yet again. I understand that mistakes can happen, but repeatedly changing appointments and then turning patients away after they have arrived is unacceptable. The lack of organisation has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I left feeling upset and frustrated. I hope the practice takes steps to improve its appointment management and communication so that other patients do not have the same experience.

Clock House Dental are in my opinion simply great. From the lovely reception team through to the Dentists and their teams the care they give is always first class. I'm quite a nervous patient and I have always found these guys to be pleasant and reassuring. If you are looking for a good reliable practice to go to, you will find it here.
