Wrexham Dental Centre

5.1

Wrexham Dental Centre stands out for its compassionate and professional approach, particularly in procedures like wisdom tooth extractions and Invisalign treatments. The team prioritizes patient comfort, employing gentle techniques that minimize discomfort, and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for even the most anxious visitors. Their expertise is evident in both routine and emergency care, ensuring smooth, efficient procedures.

While the center excels in pain management and personalized attention, some patients note a need for extended post-surgery support. Clearer post-treatment guidance—such as managing swelling or recognizing complications—could enhance the overall experience. The friendly staff and meticulous care, however, make it a reliable choice for dental needs in Wrexham.

Really nice staff and pain free wisdom tooth removal. The only problem is they discharge you immediately after surgery, so if you have any complications in the next couple of days you can't contact them for advice. This is a huge problem since most people don't have a regular dentist these days. I had to call 111 48 hours after my extraction and get another random dentist to tell me I have an infection. It would be nice if they could keep you open to the surgery for 3-5 days following extraction in case of complications. Also, poor information on what to do/not do after surgery and what to expect and what to look out for in terms of swelling, pain and other side effects.

Today I had to go for a windom tooth extraction and was honestly terrified. I was met by the dental surgeon John and his assistant Amber.. they were extremely friendly and talked me through the whole process, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I can’t thank them enough for their support whilst I was there, going through what felt at the time like one of the scariest things I had experienced! Thank you John and Amber!

I had an emergency appointment today organised through 111. The receptionist at the dental centre was amazing, especially as i have medication that I needed advice about before arrival. Then we got lost so arrived a little late. She looked out for our car to let us know we were in the right place. The dentist and his assistant were also amazing too. I am a nervous patient at the best of times, unfortunately I also had a sinus infection and a respiratory infection so toothache was all I needed. I was really impressed that the injections were less painful than normal, then the tooth just came out in less than 40 seconds. It was taken out at apx 11am and now 12 hrs later I still have no pain or bleeding. I saw wish this was my dental practice. Thank you to all the staff who helped make my journey as smooth and painless as possible.

I was referred by my Dentist to the centre for extraction of two broken teeth under local anesthesia and was very anxious leading up to the appointment. The Dentist and nurse were excellent, very re-assuring and told me what was happening throughout the procedure. The procedure itself was pain free and over quite quickly. Thankyou.
