Talking Teeth

Great servie from Dr. Ellie. I went in last week as I had a raging tooth ache after my filling had come out. She put me at ease and nothing was too much trouble. She Managed the extraction gently with no problems, although we were expecting to tooth to break due to it being in such poor health. Highly recommended this dentist 🙂

After a routine visit my 17 year old son who has autism needed a filing. The dentist who is named Ellie was exceptional on how she communicated with him and made him feel comfortable the whole time. Agreed to do the filing which she doesn’t normally complete those appointments. Very understanding of his needs. 2 days later appointment for the filing which I was very anxious about on how my son would be. The whole appointment was calming and my son did exceptionally well and it’s all thanks to Ellie. I don’t normally leave reviews but Ellie deserves recognition for this as having to deal with certain situations with a child with ASD is challenging.

Had my first appointment at talking teeth today, Great dental experience! Friendly staff, professional care, especially Elle and the dental assistant Ella made me feel welcomed and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasent experience at talking teeth today. I went there for my first check up. I was examined Dr.Elle, she was amazing and dental assistant Ella was really helpful as well. And all the staff were very welcoming.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! Went here as needed a cap on my tooth, fell off within few weeks SO took me back and charged again. Obviously fell off again. Rang for a third time to be told no point trying a third time BUT they have a private Sister company on Charles Street?? Just had to pay £375 for a private cap elsewhere (not there), the temporary filling they did was better than the filling Talking Teeth did!! SO they left me with half a front tooth!!! I have called them to save making a complaint to be told to 'just email' PLEASE stay away!!! I never do reviews but had to with this one!!! Receptionists need customer service training. Honestly absolute shambles and that is putting it nicely!!! Had to select one star or would be minus -10

Went via a 111 appointment. As the dentist explained what she thought was wrong after being in my mouth for all of 30 seconds (and thats being generous) they gave me antibiotics and told me not to drink on them, I said I don't drink and they claimed alot of Wrexham people don't seem to drink but said very sarcastically.... which I thought was quite rude. And I was out within a couple minutes. Felt like a burden but was happy to leave.

So basically I had x - rays done and as always I was sent home because everything was fine. I didn’t feel fine at all and decided to go private. To NOT my surprise I have a treatment plan in place to currently fix 3 teeth and 1 of them is a tooth I had done by yourselves and more accurately Dr Ines so thank you for ruining my tooth! Thankfully it was fixed today and I feel relieved. I am so glad I went privately because if I was to believe your judgement on my oral health then God forbid the result of that in my next check up (which would also probably turn out fine according to Dr Ines) thank you for the negligence!
