Just had a wisdom tooth extraction after being referred here can't fault the dentist didn't feel anything during or when having the needles really he's very gentle probably the best dentist I've seen . Nurse was also lovely . Removed star for the phone situation extremely hard to actually talk to anyone either message saying surgery is closed when it's supposed to be open or it just rings out took a week trying to book my appointment by phone between that & trying to querie something before my appointment 50 calls 1 got answered

Excellent care. Communication was great at all stages. Had root canal and crown with David and surgical extraction of a root with Melville (completely painless). Sasha and Emily (dental nurses) professional and kind. Definitely worthy of ***** 😊

What a great team David and Sasha are! I get very nervous of the water sprayer but am okay with everything else. I thought having root canal treatment on a front tooth was far from ideal for me. Both were extremely understanding, talking me through every step so I knew what was happening and they made sure I was okay frequently throughout the treatment. I'd put off this treatment for decades but wish I'd found i-dental sooner - there was absolutely no need for me to worry. Follow up advice was given clearly. A few weeks on and everything is perfect - I can highly recommend for anyone, especially anyone who may be putting off treatment. Thank you both, I really appreciate you putting me at ease and providing a quality, professional service.

I recently had a referral to see David for a root canal. My examination was very thorough and explanations were given throughout. The booking was for 2.5 hours, and was carried out in 2 hours. David and his nurse were lovely, his passion for his work and success rate were apparent. It is now two weeks since the work was carried out and I have felt no pain despite the nature of the treatment. I now wait for the next stage in having a crown fitted. I would happily give a recommendation to the practice.

Update: Wow! How wrong I was!! They didn’t do as they promised, and so no hospital referral occurred. I have for the past three weeks suffered hell from a bone AND sinus infection, thanks to the negligence of this practice. False promises become apparent. It is now obvious that you cared not one jot for my well being. Thanks for nothing. Ignore the negative reviews! The practice has employed new staff members since those experiences. The new team are very friendly and helpful, and a superbly professional dentist (German lady) is now in place. They helped me today after I suffered a dental emergency and was referred there.. An X-Ray was taken and the issue explained to me in a caring and informative manner. I’d have given 5 stars for the practice as whole but feel that it could do with a renovation and make-over to bring it up to full marks. The staff themselves get the full 5. Highly recommended.

Would be five stars if it was open longer. Treatment is thorough with lots of advice on looking after teeth. Can't fault service from friendly receptionist to excellent dentist - but if you need treatment on a Monday or Tuesday, I'm not sure where you go!

Very friendly service. Make you feel completely at ease if you're nervous in any way. I put off going to a dentist for years and finally decided I had to and I am so glad I did! Can't praise this place enough really! Excellent in every way.
