Been phoning since 7.59 got throught at 8.45 to be told no places like to know that happened. This is not right

Rang 5 days on the trot, got one answer to be told fully booked. Others just didn’t answer after an hour or more being on the phone. How do we get appointments? Rubbish service from nhs

WOW! The best experience I have ever had with a dentist. Clean, modern premises and a friendly receptionist. I am terrified of the dentist but I was made to feel at ease, the Dentist was kind, caring and very patient, why aren't all dentists like this?? I 100% recommend this practice if you need emergency care. Amazing service! 🙂

I had occasion to use the facility. Although it was difficult to get through, you must keep trying from 8 in the morning. Once you were in their system the care and treatment was first class. I hate dentists, like most people but the dentist that saw me was excellent! Put me at ease and explained everything she was doing Thank you..

Had treatment today. Yes I had to wait a while on the phone to be answered. Slightly late to be asked in to see dentist. However dentist was very pleasant, explained to me options and sadly had to have a tooth extracted. Explained what to expect Pre and post extraction clearly. Very satisfied with the treatment and the professionalism

Can be difficult to reach them on the phone it took me an hour. Had to have some wisdom teeth removed so was referred to them. The dentist was great he had them out so quickly. Other staff very helpful.

I was referred here to have an impacted wisdom tooth out and to say I was terrified is an understatement. On arrival all staff were so friendly and the dental surgeon and his two female assistants were wonderful. Everything explained clearly and at all times checking I was ok and allowing me to take. Break during the extraction. One assistant held my hand the entire time. I felt no pain or discomfort throughout and following the aftercare advice I healed quickly and without any issues. Thanks everyone who was involved.
