Bupa Dental Care Wisbech

I contacted them with a query and they were incredibly helpful, the staff at reception that handled my query were really kind and considerate of my family and our needs and went above their duties to guide me even when I wasn't patient. I didn't have the same consideration from most other dental practices I contacted, so this kindness needs mentioning as it is rare to find. I can only imagine this quality of service, compassion and consideration demonstred to myself and my family is what you'd expect throughout their services. They went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful.

I would totally recommend Museum Square for cosmetic dental treatment. The staff are friendly, helpful and with always time with help and advice. The finished result was better than I could ever have expected. Thank you everyone. Wendy Sands

10/10 would recommend. I have anxiety around dentists due to previous experience and mentioned that on the phone they got me in with Fred who has been reinsuring throughout. Have felt so comfortable whilst being here. Whilst having a tooth out he explained what was happening throughout and normally I’m sobbing but came out dried eyed and ready for my next appointment couldn’t recommend them enough!

Registered at this practice some 9 years ago as an NHS patient. Everything went well until an unfortunate incident at the practice (not my fault) in 2019 and they subsequently refused to allocate me a regular dentist. I now cannot have check ups or regular appointments and have only been seen on an emergency basis for extractions - unless I agree to go private and pay private fees. I am a pensioner and now not got many teeth left but would like to keep some that I have got! Unfair treatment and I now don't have a dentist and can't afford private fees.Excellent dentists when I did see one however.

I'm a nervous patient to say the least. From the moment I picked up the phone to arrange my first appointment, after many many years, I was put at ease by the ladies on reception and then the support and care from Nikki and all the staff has been excellent. Every time I walk in I feel a little better every time and this is down to the care and professionalism from everybody at this practice. Might even start looking forward to going..... I would highly recommend.
