Tom has been great in every appointment we have had, really good service and resolved a number of issues with dental work. Receptionist is great and really tries to help where she can - only down side is it’s mainly dental plan costed treatment now but that seem to be the case across Tyneside.

Just got a new pallet very happy with the new teeth. Mark has done an excellent job, the staff are so friendly and put you at ease. I have been at the surgery for over 20 years highly recommended.

My nephew was sent here after being referred by 111. The dentist said they had no capacity to treat and suggesting ringing 111 again but said he needs to be seen and treated but they couldn’t, they said it was serious but would not treat a 6 year old. Absolute disgrace of a surgery and care falls so low below standards that they admit a child needs urgent care but refuse treatment and say keep trying 111. Disgusting service!!!!

I been a patient for a couple of years and have no complaints. I’m a very nervous patient and visited this morning at 9am after having lost a filling and experiencing severe toothache. The lady I first saw was friendly and could see I had some swelling. She asked me to take a seat and arranged for a dentist to see me promptly. I explained that I’m a nervous patient and he assured me that an extraction of my broken tooth would be the best option. This was done quickly and with very little pain. I’m so relieved!!!! Thank you!!!

This Dental practice is very unprofessional. the staff talk to you like there above you and done the total wrong thing to my teeth. I rang up the other week to "change" my appointment as my 19 week old son wasn’t well due to his injections and all I got was very very very POOR customer service. There attitude was disgusting. I would strongly advise people to think again before they use this place.

Since moving back to Whitley Bay I have always received good service from this dentist. The dentist was able to provide a filling on a tooth that my previous dentist refused to fill. Every dentist I have seen here are friendly and reassuring.
