Horizon Dental Clinic

For years I didn’t visit the dentist and finally decided to source one to keep on top of my teeth. I had a really bad experience at another Iocal practice which I won’t name, so I investigated and found Horizons which was actually closer to me. From day one I felt at ease. I always get a lovely welcome from the lovely lady on reception. When I met my dentist, Fiona for the first time she was super comforting and had an instantly calming personality. She’s looked after me for 7 years now and she’s without a doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had, and she always has lovely people working alongside her. I’m no longer nervous about going even if I need more detailed work carried out and I’ve never once been in pain, and that’s all down to how much of a friendly and wonderful professional Fiona is. Could not recommend the practice highly enough.

Best dental practice we’ve ever been with. My daughter was terrified of the dentist when she was younger, but now she hops in and out of the dentist chair happily whilst smiling and chatting with our dentist, Fiona. The service and care received here is second to none.

Fantastic care from Charlie. Clearly aware that the dentist isn’t my preferred place of relaxation, but Charlie made me feel clam and relaxed. Reception staff are really friendly and the waiting room is well lite with background music. It’s been my first time in 15 years to a dentist, and this is now my new dentist, I have no worries of going back.

I had a fantastic experience at Horizon dental practice From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, modern, and very organized. Fiona took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely cared about my comfort. I really appreciated how they walked me through the treatment plan and answered all of my questions without rushing. I’ve always been a bit anxious about dental visits, but this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Fiona.

Due to a medical problem I needed to have an urgent dental check. I was given an appointment at very short notice with Peter who was very pleasant,thoughtful, thorough and attentive. I am so appreciative of your service. Thank you do much!!

I'd not been to a dentist for some time, so looked around locally - hmm, 4.9 out of 5, lots of reviews. and really close to me. Result. Pleasant receptionist, a very short wait & a chance to tell my medical history on an app, followed by a surprisingly (nearly) pain free injection and a line of chat to let me know what was happening whilst a big filling at the back was dealt with. And the final good news was that the cost wasn't what i had steeled myself for. Thanks ! I liked it so much i went back 10 days later.

I've been a patient with this practice for many years now. They have always been exceptionally professional in every way. Both the receptionist and dentist have a relaxed and friendly manner. All in all a first class service. .
