I can't thank M Fatima enough for the care she gave me today. She repaired my broken tooth with a filling and was so gentle, patient and reassuring from start to finish. I was feeling very nervous, but she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Not only is she an excellent dentist, but she's also incredibly kind and compassionate. She even gave me a hug afterwards, which meant so much and really showed how much she cares about her patients. Thank you, M Fatima, for turning what I thought would be a stressful appointment into such a positive experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you're a nervous patient! Amazing professional Dentist!!

Fantastic Dentist! Fatima is amazing with my dental work. Gave me the confidence to smile again with pride and feel good. My fillings look really well done from mirror and i am super happy. The reception waiting area so calm and relaxing. Even when i went in for check up. I had felt anxious and worried due to my autism but Fatima and Charlotte really helped make me feel comfortable and calmly got to work. Yeah i mean the procedure was really painful but because of the staffs support it made me feel 10 times better and yeah walking out felt really good. I highly reccomend South Cliff dental practice to anyone who lives around the area to come in and get yourself registered. I think ill be their patient for years to come

The service from my dentist is really excellent. I’m glad to have found one who does such a good and thorough job. The process of calling the reception, securing an appointment and getting in on time is a mixed bag, but as an NHS patient you take what you can get.

Hi, a shut-in transwoman here I just wanted to say Dr. Fatima is an amazingly comforting dentist who will ensure procedures are fast, simple and painless. She is flexible with anaesthetic and very kind and smiley, so if you have social anxiety like myself then I recommend giving this place a go!

I’ve have had a fear of the dentist an treated so badly at other practices until I joined southcliff an met Fatama an she referred me to morad the private dentist never have I ever experienced such kindness an put at such ease an with all his help I’m finally on the road to having my tooth sorted after months of infections and pain I’m forever greatful to morad for all his help you truly are the best an don’t get enough praise the best dentist I’ve ever been to in 30 years of living I advise anyone to go to him you will definitely be with the best

Recently registered myself with this Dentist. Had an appointment after 6 years with dentist. Morad Dentist has seen me with Nurse Vikki I was sobbing due to pain after my recent chemo session , Morad has relieved my pain by removing my gross tooth in minutes litreally and it doesn't cost the kidney and throughout comfortable procedure. Highly recommended

These people don't know how to run a business, the service is terrible and the receptionist staff out of their depth. I turned up for my appointment 10 mins early to be told they were running at least an hour behind (This is at 10.30am) I agreed to come back in an hour. I was just parking my car a 2-3 minute walk from their front door to come back when the receptionist called me to say they could see me now, I told her I was on my way and where I was. By the time I got there I was told they had given that appointment to someone else and were expecting to to wait again. They should have called people who they knew would be turning up for their appointments and warned them they were running so far behind rather than just let people turn up and then expect them to wait for indefinite amounts of time. It has cost me a morning of work. I would not recommend this dental practice, I have have many previous problems with them this time I am driven by frustration to write a poor review. While I was there there was another customer having issues with booking an appointment, the receptionist was dealing with him in a rather rude and condescending manner which seemed totally unprofessional to me.
