I can't praise Harini enough. I have a massive fear of dentist ,as in so much so when welcomed in I couldn't even speak. She actually took the time to understand why I was so panicky and then She helped make feel as relaxed as she could ( given my fear) and took every step bit by bit reassuring me taking breaks when I needed them and even for a moment just sitting with me. She felt kept finding different ways to help manage my nerves and anxiety. I can't praise her enough.

I can not praise dentist Hadia and nurse Nat enough for their hard work. I needed a front tooth removed, Hadia and Nat were so nice during my first appointment and helped me feel as ease, and they got straight on the case with ordering a bridge I had fitted 2 weeks later with a added composite filling to help bring back my confidence, and I am so happy with the result. For years I struggled with low self esteem due to my teeth, but Hadia and Nat worked so well together I felt in safe hands and now I can't stop smiling, I wish I seeked help sooner.

I've just transferred to Dentalcare after my own dentist couldn't offer me an appt for a tooth removal for three weeks even when I said I'd pay to go earlier as the tooth was causing me massive discomfort and pain - the tooth itself, my jaw and right up to my forehead. Dentalcare were able to offer me an appt a week earlier than my old dentist and then brought the appt forward when they had a cancellation. Hadia was my new dentist and I was given a thorough run through of the process and what to do afterwards. The removal was completed successfully and to my pleasant surprise - painlessly! This has meant two weeks less pain. Hadia and nurse Natalie were both excellent - very professional but friendly and personable too. Highly recommended.

What a refreshing change. I have moved from another dentist due to being constantly asked if I would like various cosmetic dental treatments etc. I felt like I was being attended to by a car salesman rather than a dentist. Today I went to Dental Care Westbury and was greeted by Hadia & Hannah. Two very pleasant and attentive people, who put me at ease and explained my treatment very concisely. I highly recommend this dentist and look forward to being cared for into the future.

I saw Hadia yesterday for the first time. I needed 2 teeth extracted and a filling. Rather than making me come back she did the work there and then. It was the best option for me not having to think about going back to the dentist. I found Hadia along with Denise the nurse very welcoming. Hadia is so gentle and reassuring. She explained in detail what she was doing , she listened and it wasn't rushed at all. This is probably the first time in over 60 yrs of going to the dentist that I felt comfortable and treated exceptionally well. Hadia is a lovely sweet kind person. I thoroughly recommend her if you are a nervous patient. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming too. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

I came in for a emergancy appointment on Wednesday after having problems , they saw me the same day , I had to have a complicated extraction as I had a broken tooth that could not be corrected which was causing an infection , it took alot longer that estimated but the dentist finally managed to get it out after having to make a real effort , this went past closing time and I did not leave until nearly 7 pm after they had closed , they really made a strong effort between the team , just want to say a big thank you and we'll done to the staff that were kind and considerate., today I am recovering at home and feeling alot more comfortable, but want to say a big well done to you all , thank you 😊

Hadia the dentist is amazing. I suffer from severe phobia of the dentist, ive got a sensitive gag reflex and im a fussy patient, but every time I visit she and the nurses (recently Nat) go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, to give me sound advice and never make me feel silly or uncomfortable. Incredible service all around. A shout out to the receptionist Kim who is warm and welcoming also.
