The one hour procedure I had to rebuild a tooth was outstanding in terms of dental professionalism, hygiene and explanation. The care taken to preserve the tooth nerve with 20 minutes cleaning and preparation was equally impressive and avoided the dreaded root canal option. Twenty four hours later, I remain amazed that I have had absolutely no discomfort or pain and have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending both the dentist, Dimi (Dimitris Xezonakis) and the team at this practice.

I had a tooth emergency yesterday, happened to be near Haynes Road Dental Centre. Well what can I say.... within an hour I had x-rays and a toothe extraction, with one of the best Dentists and Dental Nurses I've ever experienced. As a result, this is now my Dentist of choice in Westbury. Thank you so much for seeing me so quickly, and extracting the tooth so quickly and painlessly.

A decade of searching ended here — The best specialist for implants After 20 years of wearing dentures and a decade of spending a fortune on temporary, ineffective results elsewhere, I have finally found a team I trust completely. I am now at the stage where I am finally moving forward with dental implants, and I wouldn't trust anyone else but this practice to do it. Dr George Mexias is a true specialist. He identified a clear path moving forward and the knowledge to care for my teeth properly in the future. The entire experience across Haynes Road and Circus House has been incredible. The team is warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their patients and take real pride in their work. I hold the deepest gratitude for their expertise. Chose Haynes as they were advertising availability to take on new patients.. However I will not be a returning client. I was running late and phoned reception to say I wouldn't be on time, but was 5/ 10 minutes away. Receptionist very understanding to the reasons why. 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, I arrived. The lady on the desk, who I can only assume was the hygienist's assistant, (as there was no introduction to who she was), very abrupt with no welcome. I said my name and time of appointment- response was a moody "oh right, okay." The hygienist then appeared saying "come straight through, we've been waiting a very long time". Zero attempt to build rapport or trust. Straight into the chair, a further 2 comments made about my "very late arrrival", and that there was no time to fill out pre treatment forms, implying that this will be a quick/ rushed job. At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable and under pressure to comply due to the comments made. As a 1st time client who has never been to the practise before, I can't fault the customer care at Reception. They apologised for the negative experience. But the response from the hygienists to being only 5 minutes late was uncomfortable and trust was lost immediately.

I had a check up & all the staff were very courteous, prompt & professional. There was no urging me to have a needless appointment with the hygienist. A most reasonable experience.

During my recent visit to Haynes Road I was impressed with the changes. My new dentist was understanding and sympathetic to a recent cancer diagnosis and this made me not only feel as ease but that my overall health was being cared for. He immediately put a plan in place to manage my treatment over the coming weeks. I was extremely grateful.

Called about a chipped tooth and they initially offered me a same day appointment, they were very helpful and explained how the service works and what to expect. It's a very smart dental practice inside, with several rooms. I saw Dr Al-Ali and he was straight to the point, efficient and gave me realistic expectations for referrals I requested, as well as advice for future dental care. I'm very happy with the service I received and will be using them as my regular dentist.
