My appointment was with Dr Heather and I had such a positive experience from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. I was offered a drink on arrival, and the seating area was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Dr Heather was lovely and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed. I left with a plan that suited me perfectly after Sonia (if I remember her name correctly) kindly explained the financial side in a way that felt affordable and manageable for me. The receptionist was also super friendly and had amazing customer service skills. Thank you all so much, I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to seeing you again next time! 😊

I had my dental check-up and hygiene appointment yesterday, and I was genuinely so impressed! Sandesh and Zara were both fantastic. After moving areas and spending years trying different dentists and feeling disappointed, I’ve finally found a practice I’m happy to continue my dental treatment with. It was honestly the best hygiene clean I’ve ever had — Zara was gentle, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. Both she and Sandesh were so friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I had a fantastic experience completing my invisalign treatment at Banning Dental. The practice is clean, modern and really well run, all my appointments were on time. All the staff are really friendly and Dr Andrew was clear and efficient on all the steps I needed to take to see the best results. I chose Banning Dental after being quoted a much higher price for the same length of treatment (14 weeks) at another dentist and I'm so happy I went with Banning Dental. Transparent pricing but still high quality service. Having finished my treatment this week, I am due to start my complimentary teeth whitening, which is another great perk.
