I had been back and fourth with another dentist for an ongoing problem that wasn't getting resolved and I became really unwell from. I took a random chance on Arch dental and booked an emergency appointment not knowing how it would go. Dr Azim really investigated the problem, listened to me and found the source of the pain. As it was an infection, I'm still on the mend but I just want to say...Dr Azim is the best dentist I've ever seen! He actually cares and he is clearly passionate about what he does and helping people! Most of all, I really like his holistic approach to why things were happening! He also listens and takes on board what I actually think. It isnt cheap but honestly its worth it for the thorough and compassionate service which in my experience is rare! Shout out to the Fatama too who was very welcoming! In my opinion the practice should be proud of how they conduct themselves and I actually feel grateful to have found them! I never leave reviews but this place deserves it! If you're ever in a vulnerable situation with your dental care, I couldn't recommend this place more.

The Arch Dental team are quite literally lifesavers! They helped me through a nearly three-month complex process with my international dental crowns. The dentist talked through every step, was honest, and used excellent problem-solving for my special circumstances. His colleague was also so helpful and sweet at the front desk and in the examination room. The pricing was also surprisingly affordable, and there were no surprise charges, everything was upfront. So grateful for their excellent services 🙂

Dr Mirwais Azim, is an exceptional dentist. During my recent visit, he took the time to thoroughly explain my daughters teeth and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and he answered all my questions with genuine patience and empathy. And his staff is amazing.

Not gonna lie, I'm not the biggest fan of dentist visits but Dr. Mirwais Azim actually made it a good experience. He went through everything properly. What stood out was how he explains things — no confusing terms, just tells you exactly what's happening and what needs to be done. You don't feel lost or worried, you actually understand your own mouth lol. Really genuine guy, very calm and professional. Felt very reassured throughout. Highly recommend him and the whole team at Arch Dental. Will definitely be coming back

The dentist extracted my tooth very expertly. He was patient and kind, carefully explaining all the after-care. I had no pain and it is healing up nicely. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending his practice.

A really great dentist. I never feel rushed and am always put at ease. He always takes the time to explain everything to me, showing me X-ray and photo images of my teeth and giving me his interpretation. I always feel very well informed and comfortable, which is important especially when having fillings as I’m quite a nervous patient!

I waited until my 2nd visit before finally leaving a review because honestly, for me, 1 experience alone isn’t enough to give a full 5 stars. Before going here, I literally read all the reviews first, from the highest to the lowest. Was I worried after reading some of the bad ones? Yes, absolutely. But after 2 visits, I can honestly say they never offered me discounts, promos, or anything in exchange for a good review. They do encourage patients to leave reviews quite a lot (I even got follow up emails lol), but honestly I also think if people had genuinely bad experiences, they probably wouldn’t leave 5-star reviews either, especially after being asked to review. My first visit was last year because I somehow managed to get floss stuck between my teeth and this was the closest place with the fastest appointment available. While I was there, I also did a check up and scaling, and turns out I had decay and needed fillings on 3 teeth. I also had an old crown that had shifted sideways a little, and the dentist, Mirwais Azim, suggested replacing it. At that time, I only did 2 fillings first. And fast forward to yesterday, I finally came back to finish the crown replacement and my last filling. I have to say, Mirwais Azim is really patient and detailed when explaining everything. I never felt pressured into doing treatments. He gives suggestions and explains what’s best, but the final decision always feels like yours. Honestly, that’s one of the reasons I felt comfortable enough to come back after a whole year and finally finish everything. One thing that also made me feel he’s honest: yesterday during the routine check, he found a very small decay on one of my teeth, but instead of immediately suggesting another treatment, he actually said there was nothing to do for now and just told me to take extra care of that tooth. I know some places would probably instantly try to sell another procedure, so I appreciated that a lot. The scaling was a little uncomfortable for me, but let’s be real, going to the dentist is never exactly a fun spa experience right? The important thing for me is my teeth felt and look super clean after that. Beauty is pain right? Now about the crown replacement, I was super scared for this one. I literally mentally prepared myself for almost a year before doing it. So that's why when I got home yesterday and the numbness wore off, and I feel really hurt (I even ended up taking ibuprofen). I almost contacted them immediately and almost left a bad review out of panic. But thankfully my sane side told me to calm down and at least wait 24 hours before being impulsive. Today I woke up feeling completely normal. in fact, I feel really normal. I actually checked the mirror because I thought somehow the crown had fallen out in my sleep since I couldn’t feel anything anymore. Turns out it was perfectly fine and sitting there normally. So yeah, I can genuinely say Mirwais Azim and the woman assisting him (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) really did a great job. Not just with the treatment, but also with how calm, friendly, and polite they were the whole time. I’ll update this review if anything changes (I’m not gonna leave a fake review, so if anything bad happens, I promise I’ll update this honestly), but so far I'm happy with everything.
