Dr Adarsh Patel is a great dentist - he has so far fitted four new crowns for me with minimal discomfort. Have been going to this practice for many years and would highly recommend. Reception team are extremely helpful and all nurses extremely kind and efficient. Five stars all round Thank you.
Devanshi has been great - she's welcoming, professional, explains everything she's doing and why, and checks you're ok all throughout the procedure. You can tell she's well trained and passionate about her work. She's also really warm towards the dental nurses and grateful for their support - the atmosphere at Panshanger DP is really positive and I'm glad my family are registered there.
Very good dental practice, helpful and accommodating staff. Dr Rustom Moopen has been very understanding and has done incredible job helping me with an emergency dental treatment and the subsequent difficult restorative work I needed. He answered all my questions and doubts, provided explanation and clear plan for the work I needed. Dental emergencies can mean a lot of stress and uncertainty but I found it less so thanks to everyone at the practice. Thank you again to Dr Rustom and Mary who looked after me.
I have been attending the practice for many many years, the receptionist staff are fantastic always very helpful, my dentist rustom is excellent really makes you feel at ease with the dental nurse who is also very warm and reassuring. The entire team and set up are very professional would highly recommend.
Absolutely lovely hygienist appointment with Maryam. Very friendly and when I voiced my concerns she listened and acted on this. Actually excited to return in 6m. Highly recommend. Maryam also explained the AIRFLOW option package.
I have just had a half crown fitted. Excellent service by both Rustom and his dental nurse Mary. They made sure I knew what was happening at all stages and that I was comfortable with the procedure. Thank you 😀
