Woodhall Dental Practice

This is an excellent dental practice in every respect. My wife and I have been going here for many years, and our dentist and our hygienist are extremely good - both are very caring and friendly and the service they each provide is consistently of a high standard. We both feel we are very well looked after.

I have been a patient for a few years now with this practice. I have received a very good service overall. Sapna is the Dentist I see and she is excellent.

Without notice I have been unregistered because I didn’t have a check up, even though I saw a hygienist earlier this year (doesn’t count apparently), No reminders sent to say I need an annual check up, and no up front notification to say I will be taken off the register. Now the entire family has been put on the waiting list of over 700 people, without a courtesy call and no apology. Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Terrible service! The receptionist cancelled my appointment and did not even inform me. I waited 1.5months for my app and arranged childcare for my baby on the day, only to go there on the app day to tell me that there is no appointment. He did not even apologise and said that I need to wait 2 more months (in pain) for the next available app to have a filling. I do not recommend at all!

10/10 service!, i was seen for an emergancy, was seen so quick, the staff was so lovely and made me feel at ease!

Went in as an emergency, they gave me an examination and then treatment all within a few days. The lady dentist was amazing . She put me at ease and was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her , I have saved the tooth and no more pain. I have to totally recommend her. Brilliant dentist (wish I knew her name)

Excellent service has been provided for our whole family for many years. We thought that we would just say "thank you" for providing us with such excellent service over the the years. Thank you for the service provided to our community. Jon & Diane Spencer.
