Garden City Dental

I have been at this Practice since the age of 21. Always been lucky with my teeth! Thankfully. But this year had a fall few days post surgery and smashed my two front teeth!! To say I was distraught would be an understatement! I saw Lincoln (Dentist) a hour or so after my fall. I was reassured, he advised a temp filling and to return the next day-I needed the time to calm and feel sorry for myself. Returned the next day and had two white composite fillings and to this day, no one knows as they look fab! The care and compassion given was brilliant and I dread the day he retires! Although, hopefully will never fall and smash my teeth again! Thank you for being an amazing team! I recommend to all!!

I have been using this practice when it was owned by Mr Lee some 30+ years ago. My last dentist was Mr Paul Rigby who passed away suddenly last year. I am due my check up now so will hopefully see the new dentist or Mr Hirst. I will always stay with the practice has always been treated with great support

This is honestly the best dental practice we have ever been to. My partner is highly anxious when it comes to dentist appointments however Kalpesh has made her feel safe and listened to. He’s always gone above and beyond the job duties as a dentist, I’ve referred my whole family here. The receptionists and dental assistants are brilliant, always smiling and kind. In this world today it’s so nice to see people take pride in their job and wanting to help people. Come to this dentist if you’re anxious, their IV sedation options/other relaxation options are second to none. My partner has gone from crying when she needs to go to the dentist, to actually being happy she has an appointment, and going there regularly for checkups. My treatment has been stress free and enjoyable too. RIP Paul he was one of the dentists that recently passed away, we never got to meet him but if he was anything like his colleagues, we’ve lost a good person from this world. Fantastic dentist practice - made me feel really at ease, answered all my questions and cared about my wider health as well as my teeth.

I came here yesterday from Letchworth at the recommendation of my sister. I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment the following day. I was seen to by Kalpesh and the lovely dental nurse working with him and they were both incredible. They made me feel so at ease and calm and talked me through each part of the process. I ended up needing a tooth extracted which I was very nervous about. They were so kind and the nurse let me hold her hand during it. It was such a quick and seamless procedure but above all it was such a relaxing and supportive environment. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Feeling nervous about going to the dentist or even avoiding it altogether? Give this a read. Like many nervous patients, I avoided going to the dentist for YEARS. I was worried about how bad my teeth would be, how expensive it would be and more so...the pain! However, I was wrong on all counts. My initial consultation with Lincoln and Jean, was the complete opposite of what I expected. They were kind, reassuring and LISTENED to me. Their very non judgmental, hands off, no pressure approach made me feel at ease and relaxed. I found out I had to have one filling done, which would involve injections and the dreaded drill! I was understandably nervous on my second appointment. But, to my surprise, it wasn't anywhere near as awful as imagined. I put that down to how reassuring both Lincoln and Jean were, and being patient enough to kindly reassure me towards moving ahead with the procedure. It was exactly what I needed, to move forwards. I didn't even feel the injections (the part I was most worried about) and the whole thing was done in 45 minutes and now I no longer worry about going to the dentist or getting new work done and it wasn't that expensive either! Lincoln and Jean were both fabulous. So if you're a nervous patient like I was, there's no need to put it off. I highly recommend these guys and this lovely practice.

I moved to this dentist some months ago and began treatment by Kalpesh and his assistant Emma. They have been nothing short of amazing. Having had a fear of the dentist and injections for decades, i now actually look forward to my appointments as they are truly painless. All the staff i have met are very friendly and polite and Stacey on reception is more than helpful on every occasion. If you suffer dentist phobia, Kalpesh and Emma are the team you need to book in with.
