I have been very pleased with the outcome for both my children's dental needs. In all aspects of care, from receptionist to the technicians to the orthodontist, the level of treatment has been professional, caring, and friendly. I always felt that the practice took the time to care for my children's orthodontic needs and answered all of my questions. I have always felt that my children were in very good hands and I would highly recommend WOW.

My daughter was anxious about coming in for treatment but Richard Gregory was absolutely wonderful with her, very kind and able to put her mind at rest. She was very happy when she came out and now looks forward to her appointments. All the staff are very kind and welcoming.

I called to find out if they offer emergency appointments for people from outside the area. I had a brace wire that needed adjusting and they are the only orthodontics in the area within glastonbury/street/wells. I offered to pay anything it costs. The response I received was quite rude with just a ‘no’. The lady’s tone was uptight and wasn’t friendly. I understand if there are some rules and regulations that would prevent them from doing it, it’s just the way it was communicated. I ended up driving an hour away to another place sort it out, not a friendly local orthodontics!

In 2018 I spent approx £4k on having braces fitted at WOW. I have been back several times for new retainers. Today, 23/04/24 I tried to make an appointment for a new set of retainers, only to be told I am now a 'new' customer, and therefore unable to make an appointment as they are too busy / understaffed. ' Please try elsewhere' . WOW indeed !!!!

I would really recommend this practice and particularly Dr Ben Cross who was really friendly and explained my treatment options in a really clear and fair way. There was no pressure selling, just a really easy going chat about my concerns regarding my teeth. He gave me great advice, great service and a great smile!
