Absolutely the worst dentists ever!! Do not come here: the actual dentistry is of a very low and careless standard with fillings falling out, the treatment plan when viewed by another dentist was described as "a money making scam", very long waits between appointments as the dentist is on frequent holidays, the price and charging is astronomical, an emergency appointment which came 2 weeks after the emergency was £96 before the treatment cost. The attitude of the secretary and the manager were just so awful I found I had been overcharged by £85. To get back money owed takes several weeks but your payment has to be upfront. There is no atmosphere of care or consideration for the client.Very disappointing on all fronts, I suggest you avoid spadental.

Again, it's the receptionist that makes this a one star practice. Rude, and very pushy when it comes to money. This is the first time I've ever been called by the practice, while at work with the receptionist pushing me to give her my bank details over the phone and to make a payment before any work had taken place. This happened twice and I only ever went for the (overpriced) consultation. They will of course plead poverty and tell you all about how the poor dentists have really suffered financially during the pandemic... It's also worth mentioning the dentist himself looks no older than 19 or 20 (although he seemed to know his stuff) and none of the X-ray machines or computers were working. I still had to pay however. Shocking practice. Don't bother. Go to Vine dentists instead in Street. Much better. 👍

Have been coming to Spa Dental for about three years. Heard about the practice from James' son. A very high standard of dentistry is offered and matches that which I was fortunate enough to experience for many years when living in the United States. The hygenists are excellent also. Always pleased with the care that I receive.

Had a checkup with the new dentist here; Lucy. I have to say, she was brilliant... performed a very thorough exam and really put my mind at rest on a few questions. Also had a hygienist appointment which flowed like clockwork on from the dentist appointment. Impressive scheduling and flawless service. You pay a very small (10% maybe) premium over NHS dentist costs here, but certainly worth it.

Lack of staff. All staff are foreigners. No money upfront - they cancel your appointment. Pester you for up-front payment.

Very helpful and efficient treatment. Provided good advice on my follow up treatment plan and were able to fit me in at short notice.
