Mr Rosen and his team are very friendly and professional. Its easy to make an appointment and you never have to wait too long. If you join their payment plan it spreads the cost of your routine appointments and they always explain your options if you need any further treatment. Overall an excellent service.

Lovely surgery. Donna the practice manager is amazing. Has been so kind and supportive with a difficult month with my wisdom teeth. Thankyou 🙂 Dr Kevin is absolutely brilliant. He took a x ray today was very reassuring & throughly went through it. He is patient & kind. Sally the hygienist is also amazing. Best dental practice I’ve ever been a patient at. My daughter also had a checkup this year & the dentist was brilliant with her. I highly recommend this practice absolutely exceptional! Thankyou for everything. Merry Christmas! 😀

Amazing dental surgery! Everybody there were very friendly and professional. I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Kevin Hamidi and it was very quick and easy. Truth to be told, I was quite nervous, however, the staff was really supportive throughout the entire time. The dentist Dr. Kevin Hamidi fixed the issue faster than I expected and efficiently and even though I‘m a private patient the cost was minimal. Highly recommend 😊

Brilliant service from start to finish. Had old fillings replaced with more aesthetically pleasing ones, being usually a pretty nervous patient, I felt very welcomed and at ease from the very moment I walked through the door. The treatment itself was of gold standard. The management and staff are all very professional and so friendly. Dr. K Hamidi made me feel relaxed and I'm overwhelmed with the overall treatment I have received. Thank you for a pleasant visit!

Very professional and friendly practice, they are well organised for protection against the current COVID-19 pandemic and made me feel comfortable and confident knowing that I was entering a safe environment. All the staff are pleasant and supportive. I’m always pleased with the service. Also, you get email and text reminders before your appointments which is really helpful.

CAUTION! . I went for a check up and the dentist said i needed one filling. When i asked how much the filling would cost the dentist said l will need another check up, when l asked why l needed another check up? No answer was given. That would mean two check ups and a filling. Total cost £268.80. + wanted me to sign a contract that it was only an ESTIMATE! Please do not get "reeled in" and have more work done that you really want!

Beyond the worst experience I’ve had with any dentist ever. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who handed me an Android tablet with a digitiser that didn’t work properly. It took longer to type a word on it properly than it’s taken me to type this entire paragraph. It was a total waste of my time because I actually wouldn’t go back to this dentist if my entire head were coming off. The dentist has such an attitude problem that there’s and atmosphere. The rest of the staff were nice but they all looked like they are walking on eggshells. I had booked an appointment because part of my gold crown broke off and waited three weeks to see him. He poked at my tooth for all of 10 seconds and grunted like a child that’s being asked to their chores. Then told he me he could replace the crown or I could just leave it and see what happens. I asked about the rest of my teeth and if he was going to check them. He responded with a very terse "no I can not I have other patients to see and you were only booked in for me to look at this" .. then .. nothing .. so I said "so do I speak to the receptionist then" .. then the nurse said "don’t forget the stuff you’ve left on the chair" .. no reassurance that the tooth would be okay .. no information about options .. nothing .. so I went downstairs thinking ‘oh okay fair enough I’m supposed to get the information from the receptionist’ .. then there was quite a bit a faffing around .. the nurse came down looking worried .. the receptionist went up and came back down again looking even more worried .. she priced it at "approximately £814" which seems very specific and I would be more than happy to pay ANYONE ELSE .. I motioned to leave and she said "so that’s £49.99 for the appointment" .. I thought about refusing to pay and walking out .. it equates to roughly £20 a minute or £1200 an hour .. I paid and it’s the last time I will ever pay them! I checked the website for prices and £49.99 is the cost of a full checkup. What’s even more infuriating is that there were no patients waiting and the whole visit had taken at least half an hour of my own obviously less valuable time. I’m absolutely disgusted and YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS DENTIST .. find another one!
