Be careful who you get. Had a terrible experience with a female dentist after 4 visits had to demand someone who knew what they were doing. Made numerous calls which were not returned until I wanted to make a complaint. Write my complaint to practice manager and did nit even get a response. I now have an appointment with a male dentist who so far has been a contrasting experience. I will be making a complaint to the board regarding my complaint to the practice manager who has still not replied. So rude and unprofessional.

I’ve phoned up to get an appointment. I was a little apprehensive. I wouldn’t get the date I wanted but hey ho brilliant I got an appointment for that day. I was so pleased I’ve only been with this Dentist a few years but they have been absolutely 10 out of 10 on getting suitable appointments and urgent care when needed. I find everybody at the practice Dentist and reception staff very pleasant, polite courteous and actually it’s a joy to go.

I recently changed to this dental practice and my experience has been outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The office is modern, clean, and has a calming atmosphere, which really helps take the edge off any dental anxiety. The dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answering all my questions with patience and care. I could tell they genuinely cared about my comfort and dental health. I also appreciate how thorough and gentle they were, making what is usually a stressful experience surprisingly pleasant. I changed Dentists a few years back to My Dentist Waltham Cross. It's the best thing I've done. Kerry on reception is the most approachable and sympathetic person. So helpful and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. She's a credit to her profession. It's the first dentist I've felt at ease with. Thanks for being so great.

Having been to this dentist a few times I've found the staff very helpful and friendly. Dentists are really good, friendly and down to earth. Having had to recently call the dentist the receptionist and dentist both friendly, polite and a pleasure to speak too. I was seen pretty much on my appointment time and was out in a flash. (Infection in the gum) no messing about.

Great dentist and explained what he's going to do when you're on the chair and I felt very relaxed and calm during process, also reception was nice and helpful when needed thank you 😊

Unfortunately, my experience with this dentist was quite disappointing. Not only were the treatments subpar, but the demeanor of the staff, particularly the receptionist, was extremely rude. Appointment scheduling was a hassle, and there was always a significant wait time. Overall, I would not recommend this dentist to others.
