Bupa Dental Care Waltham Cross

I needed an emergency appointment and was really impressed with the care I received. The team were kind, calm and very understanding and they managed to see me quickly. The dentist Rukshali explained everything clearly, relieved my pain and made me feel reassured throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the professional and compassionate service and would highly recommend this practice

I saw Noori and her dental nurse today for a check-up and they were both great. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease. I also booked further appointments with the receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. A very positive experience.

I have been treated by Ekta Divani a few times, including root canal & she is a lovely person & a fantastic dentist. She really put me at ease & I had no pain at all. Olena is lovely too. Highly recommend

I broke half my tooth on Thursday 20th November and phoned the surgery as I am covered by Bupa, they made an appointment for me the following day Friday 21st november, which i was extremely grateful for .I have never been to this surgery before but my experience was exceptional, the reception staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, and i saw Paula who repaired my tooth and it looks great. To conclude, I can not speak more highly of this surgery, and thank you once again Paula, you were just great, and such a lovely person.

The receptionist and dentist was so helpful in seeing my daughter urgently when we walked in concerned about a bit of irrritated flap of overgrown gum from a baby teeth coming out. They saw her and reassured me that she would be fine and able to eat normally. Excellent service!!

I had a fantastic experience at Bupa dental From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office was clean, modern, and relaxing — which really helped ease my nerves about going to the dentist.

Extremely poor service from the whole practice as a whole. The orthodontist Ketan Sheth is incredibly bad not only did he leave glue on my child teeth for three years, when my child asked how long they’d have braces for he said "as long as it takes" that’s not really an appropriate answer to give to a 12 year old. Additionally, he gave my child one retainer and lied and said another one would cost £500 (nowhere near true as this was years ago and even today’s rate is not equivalent to this). Furthermore, the receptionists are incredibly mannerless and create a very hostile environment, they also pick and choose who to make pay for their hygienist appointments beforehand. I was surprised to see a man pay for his hygienist appointment after the service as I have been made to believe an appointment cannot be booked without payment first but clearly the rules don’t apply to all for whatever reason. Finally, the general checkup appointments are an absolute waste of time, paying £27.40 to be told " your teeth look great!" And have them put fluoride over them and then that’s it. I’m seriously paying £27.40 for a compliment?!?!
