Very rude staff. Called to register and she automatically assumed that I was a nhs patient when in fact 1 of my watches are worth more than her family’s bloodline. I would rather live in agony than give my money to this shambles of a company.

The receptionist gave me a full breakdown of the treatment i would need with the prices on the phone. So i booked in a consultation and payed for it only to be told on the day that its the wrong appointment and i need an emergency appointment and yold me too pay the extra before form of treatment... if thats the case then why wasnt that done in the first place

Cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before , taken time off work, sent 2 text messages and called day before, wanted me to see a different dentist later late day. In pain never got to see a dentist

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT GO HERE. Had nothing but problems. Had a filling done 6 months ago and it started hurting last month, went to the dentist numerous times to be told there is nothing wrong. Then the whole filling fell out of my mouth.i called to get an emergency appt and the RUDE receptionist Nicole just didt care and told me they have no appointments today. When the dentist called me back as per my request they tell me the filling is no longer under warranty! Its 6 months old!! Disgusting service and horrible dirty practice. Will not be going back here and wont ever trust them again with my teeth!! Also the place is disgusting and dirty!! Last time i went there were ants crawling every where!!!

Very good, would have no hesitation in recommending this dentist and practice.

Attended this practice for many years. All staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always a friendly welcome. Receive reminders for appointments, which I personally find really helpful. When I was younger I would be quite nervous of going to the dentist and hygienist. Not here! They are understanding and put you at ease. Brilliant treatment. Brilliant Dentist.
