Iconic Smiles - Cheshunt

The new building is good with less steps. This visit was a nice experience, I was actually seen at the correct time. The dentist was polite, explained everything and is putting things into place that should of been done years ago. It just makes me wonder why any of the previous dentists did not do the same and to eleviate the problems that i now have. never mind the extra costs. Then again even though I have the 1st appointment of the day I was never seen on time which had an effect on my work. The reception staff have always been brilliant and go above and beyond, fingers cross they maintain the good dentists.

My daughter had sedation today. She was really nervous but I cannot express how happy I was with the way Shivani and her Dental Nurse explained everything to her throughout treatment and following. The staff are friendly and the clinic is clean. I would recommended Iconic Smiles to anyone. Thank you

Reception were warm, welcoming, and professional Josh the dentist was great and very professional He provided relevant information about the assessment and available treatment options and facilitated a shared-decision making opportunity. All my questions were fully answered The environment was also great. Overall, my experience was above expectation

I visited Iconic Smiles - Cheshunt for a tricky crown, and they handled it with real care. The reception team were lovely, the dentist explained everything clearly, and the whole appointment felt calm and efficient. First-class service from start to finish.

I visited this dentist yesterday for the first time to have a tooth out under sedation, and i cannot praise them enough. Everyone, from the receptionist, the Anaesthetist, the nurse and the dentist were so friendly and caring. Really put me at ease Iconic Smiles. Thank you.

Great service! After calling to enquire if I could get an emergency appointment, the receptionist managed to fit me in the same day. Got seen on time. Dentist was able to diagnose the issue and recommend course of action which after consultation with me, was carried out within the appointment, so I did not have to return. Pleased to get it all sorted on the same day!

I feel valued and cared for at this practice. Josh is wonderful at his job and I’m very pleased with the work he has done so far. I have recommended him to lots of friends and clients. thank you Josh 😊👏
