Great Wyrley Dental Practice

I have been a patient of GWDP for 30+ years. I have recently been through my invaslign/bonding journey and couldnt be any happier with the results. I feel like I can finally smile after 20+ years of hiding my teeth. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. If you are looking for a new dentist or have been wanting to improve that smile, then this is the dental practice for you!

I can't recommend Abhyaa Sachdeva highly enough - she is truly exceptional. I recently visited for preparation work ahead of a crown, and was so impressed by the level of care and attention she gives. Not only is she highly professional and thorough (the appointment was detailed but well-managed), she also takes the time to read and act on my health notes. Knowing I have heart concerns, she uses anaesthetic without adrenaline to keep me comfortable, and even reminded me to inform hospitals if I attend in future about my temporary crown. The whole team was friendly and made sure I was looked after throughout, and Abhyaa clearly cares about her patients as whole people - not just their teeth. I couldn't fault her at all and feel very lucky to have found such a brilliant dentist.

Great experience here with Dr Amman Alvi! I’ve been scared of the dentist for years but the relaxed environment and Dr Amman really help to create an enjoyable experience rather than a terrifying one!! Would highly recommend

The practice have always been so friendly and reassuring for all the years myself and children have been. From the entrance at reception whom look after us so well. This week they went above and beyond for me. Amazing, they could have got an appointment for me last minute but work wouldn't allow. So after a few days in hospital due to sudden deterioration, they looked after me as soon as I came out. Making an appointment for me, the aftercare everything. Couldn't recommend them enough, no need to be nervous as they always reassure. Thank you for helping me and going above and beyond.

As a person with a lifetime of serious dental phobias, I can honestly say this has been the best ever dental service I have recieved. I have had a number of visits over the past 6 months. I have been in control of each session and have gone further with dental care than I ever imagined I could. This is very much thanks to Ursha and Penny, but I have to say the whole team have been empathetic, welcoming and have allowed me to overcome a lot of my phobias. I would highly recommend this service as one of the best. THANK YOU all.

The dentist and staff are lovely and put you at ease. They are focus on keeping your pain down and doing an excellent job of your teeth. I phoned in the morning with excruciating pain in a rotten tooth and they managed to get me in straightaway sort the pain and start a root canal to make sure I stayed pain free until I could get back to finish the work. They are excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
