Birchwood Dental Practice

I’m so happy I’ve found this dental practice when I did! My hygienist Harriet is always thorough, gentle and reassuring and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. My regular dentist has also been wonderful at every appointment, professional, kind and attentive too. The whole team provides a great level of care and I’m very satisfied with the service here. I’ll happily continue being a patient!

My son needed teeth removing before his braces were fitted. He was booked in within a week and his first tooth was removed within a few short minutes. He was made to feel relaxed, safe and comfortable during the extraction by both the dentist and her assistant. He now doesn’t have any anxiety about his next removal.

This dentist helped when my last dentist missed infection that I suffered with for months. Not only the dentist talk to with me with respect and treated me with as she faced me as I am hard of hearing. She helped with my tooth and because i had to have it removed and because I am on NHS she gave me confidence on the replacement tooth which looks better. The receptionist are friendly. . This dentist are friendly and help you if they can wether you are NHS or private as they treat both with respect.

As a very anxious person visiting the dentist this surgery made me feel completely at ease. Very professional and reassuring service kind and caring staff. Didn’t feel at all rushed and everything was explained in detail.

I was in a real state after chipping my tooth and was quite emotional about the whole thing. Pardip and Shay were phenomenal - I can’t thank them enough for the time they took putting me at ease and calming me down. Exceptional service and for someone who is uneasy around dentists, they made me feel much more relaxed. Everyone I encountered at the practice was absolutely lovely. What a great team of people!
