Looooove how white my teeth are! My fiance and I booked in with Adam on instagram after Googling laser teeth whitening in my local area, Adam was a good price and we both paid a small deposit. I have never had this done before so wasnt sure what to expect. Firstly, for hygiene Adams place was spotless! Adam used sanitisers, gloves etc throughout and explained everything as he went along making us both feel comfortable and offering a drink etc. We both have sensitive teeth so was a bit nervous. My partner did the whole 40 mins with a break, but I decided to split mine in to two 20 mins sessions due to my sensitivity, so will be going bk in a few weeks. Basically my teeth are this white after just 20 mins!! I would 1000% recommend. Tips: if you have sensitive teeth, start using Sensodyne a couple of weeks before you go so your teeth get a bit stronger, defo use it after!,... buy white foods in preparation, eggs, white rice, pasta, chicken etc to eat for the next 24- 48 hrs and if your a tea lover like me, get it out your system before you go. As its white/clear liquids for up to 48 hours after.
