Had a tooth extraction here. Quick. Efficient. Easy. The dentist and dental nurse were as sweet as can be, very clean and very supportive. They let me listen to music as I was really nervous and they kept checking up on me. The practice was very clean, including their accessibility toilet. The receptionists were lovely girls. 10/10 experience. No pain the following day either

I was referred to The Mount Dental Practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. The communication from the practice was great-they rang to arrange an appointment, sent confirmation and reminder emails and rang the evening before my appointment to confirm my attendance. Even details like parking instructions were sent in an email, which was so helpful and one less thing for me to look up prior to attending. My dentist Dr Matthew Bullock and the dental nurse provided fantastic care. I was nervous as I have heard people have had bad experience with wisdom tooth extractions but I can honestly say for me it was quick, smooth and virtually painless! The aftercare instructions and what to do in case of complications were clear, with written information provided. Unfortunately I developed dry socket and had to be seen again. The team provided me with a next day appointment and yet again I saw Dr Matthew Bullock who treated me promptly and my pain disappeared virtually instantly when I had been taking regular analgesia the previous few days. He is clearly a highly skilled professional and an asset to the practice. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Referred to The Mount by my own dental practice for complex extraction of 2 teeth. Very anxious due to long standing dental phobia. All staff from point of initial contact have been friendly and supportive, acknowledgung my anxiety and reassuring me appropriately. The dental surgeon Ben and the dental nurse were both extremely supportive and the procedure was totally pain free. Everything was explained fully and I felt very much in control /involved in any decisions that were made. Grateful to all for such a positive encounter. 5 stars because I can't give more. Thank you.

I've used this dental service for over 10 years and always received good care, especially from Mr. Benjamin. But I heard he left, and the new staff was inexperienced and rude. After a filling by Dr. Zide, it fell out twice, and now I have persistent sensitivity. I'm disappointed and don’t trust the treatment. After a week, I experienced full lower jaw pain. I recommend friends and family avoid this clinic.

Had root extraction completed this morning after being referred from my usual dentist. I was extremely nervous and scared however Anoop Kez was absolutely amazing. Reassured me all the way through the process and it was painless and I was sorted and on my way home within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Went for a tooth extraction today. Both the dental surgeon and dental nurse I had were absolutely nothing but excellent. I was reassured all the way through during the procedure with no pain at all. Even now, nearly 12hrs after I’ve no pain whatsoever. I highly recommend this practice. Wish I could be a NHS patient there.

If I could leave a million stars I would! Had 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed this morning, built myself up for months panicking about it and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I have ever had! Oral surgeon Ben and nurse Skye are absolutely fantastic! The care and compassion they show Is second to none. Ben had both impacted teeth out in under 2 minutes! Absolutely amazing I can't thank them enough!
