I’m so impressed with Northgate Dental. As a new patient, booking my first appointment was really easy and quick, which made a great first impression. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They even offered tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. What really stood out to me was how kind and helpful they were with my young child, keeping him entertained while I had my treatment. It made the whole visit so much less stressful. The dentists were brilliant — very friendly, informative, and great with children. They took the time to explain the equipment to both me and my son in a way that was easy to understand and not intimidating at all. I’m also really pleased with the treatment I received. At my first appointment, I had a scale and polish, and they took photos and X-rays, all of which were clearly explained and discussed with me, including any future treatment that may be needed. The equipment feels very modern and much more advanced than what I was used to at my previous dentist. A huge thank you to the whole team for making us both feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend Northgate Dental.

The dental nurse Parud and the Principal Dentist were both fantastic. Both very knowledgeable and keen to get me the best treatment, all explained clearly in a way that is easy to understand before going ahead. Really reasonable pricing, very clean and hygienic practice. I was seen as an emergency and the dentist was great. Would recommend!! 🙂

After an appointment with another private dental practice left me feeling disheartened I booking in for a second opinion with Northgate, I cannot recommend them enough! I have had such a positive experience so far. The staff are friendly and make me feel comfortable during every visit. My treatment plan has been explained clearly and I have been given multiple options of how I want my final smile results to look, allowing me to decide on the best outcome. I am looking forward to working with them through my alignment journey over the coming months.

I took my 7year old boy, and the ladies were amazing. They were so gentle, welcoming and very patient. My boy had an awesome experience at the dentist, they managed to get his xray, the previous dentists were unable to. Thank you for making the experience fun and relaxing for my boy.

I had such a great experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing—it immediately put me at ease. The whole place was spotless and very well presented, which made me feel confident in the level of care I was receiving. The dentist was absolutely fantastic—he took the time to explain every option available to me in a clear and reassuring way, never making me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was, making sure I fully understood everything before going ahead. The work itself was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you’re someone who feels a bit nervous about visiting the dentist—you’ll be in very safe hands!

Had an emergency appointment and was seen within the hour. Friendly and pleasant greeting. I am extremely nervous but was reassured and soon felt comfortable. I had an extraction of a broken tooth which was carried out by a young man who was always checking how I was feeling and felt no pain. Would highly recommend.

Had an emergency appointment at North gate dental last night and the whole experience was lovely. The staff are very welcoming and the whole place has an air of calm about it. The dentist treating me was very good. I felt like I was very much involved and informed in the decision making and during the extraction he remained calm and in control which made me also feel calm and in control. Also had a follow up call this morning to see how I am doing. 100% would use this practice again.
