Bupa Dental Care Wakefield

From my check up to treatment everything was professionally done. Booked by phone and follow up appointment made at a time to suit my requirements. My Dentist Matthew Ryan is up to date with modern dentistry and has a friendly manner. Plenty of local parking nearby. There are some steep steps up to the surgery but it wasn’t a problem for me.

Been a customer for a long time and regularly see Rebecca and Haseeb, they are fantastic as well as their dental nurses. Myself and my two children are always well looked after and find everyone very friendly

Absolute joke is this place. After receiving numerous texts for checks up, even though I not long since had one, I decided to ring them at 8am. Waited on phone 45mins and no-one picked up. I shall have to take time out going in person, lets hope I see the reception staff busy otherwise I shall be annoyed. What is the point of booking apts online when no-one answers.

Absolutely disgusting!!! They don’t answer the phone and when you go in the reception are just sat chatting!! What an absolute joke!!! You can’t even get an appointment!

I am not satisfied with the dentist who fixes my tooth because he doesn't know what he's talking about or what he's doing. I tell him I want to fix it and he wants me to come back in 6 months, after the second day of extraction, my tooth cracked and I can't reach them by phone!!!!!!!
