Dental Studios Scotland - Troon Dental Studio

Be prepared for the booking fee of 10 pounds which most dentists do not do. They do return it however via a phone call so you will have to spend 20 minutes listening to ads first. I had to leave this dentist after they tried to scam me. I am an NHS patient so they must tell me if anything is not covered. I went for my first exam and all was good just needed some x-rays. Paid for those at reception. But at home noticed it was not adding up. So I called back and discovered they charged me for scale and polish as well. I told them I never got any and they apologised and said they will do it next time I come. I come next time but now the dentist is claiming that part of scale and polish is advice as well. And his advice is that my dental hygiene is great. So he is keeping the charge and will not clean my teeth. I called back to complain and not surprisingly scale and polish does not contain fee for advice. So the manager returned the money. I am not happy with this at all and changed dentists right away. The new dentist did the scale and polish, informed me beforehand and did a good job too. She also informed me that this dentist did not do a good job and I will need some work done again despite having an exam just a month or so ago. Maybe I was just isolated case but do be careful when it comes to fees here.

100% recommend, I got composite bonding done by dr adam shahzad. It was a big job, of removing old composites (from a different practice) and replacing with a more natural look, everything was straight forward from the very first appointment. Everyone in the clinic was so friendly and helpful & dr Adam took his time making sure everything was perfect! So so so happy with the results! Can’t recommend enough!!

I cannot thank or recommend Dr Adam Shahzad and the Troon team enough. I have had ongoing issues with my front teeth for several years and I genuinely thought I would need implants at some point down the line. Adam’s patient and considerate consultations, over several visits, reassured me that other alternatives were possible and within my budget too. I was given clear plans, timelines and explanations at each step of my bespoke treatment. The main work has now been completed and I am absolutely delighted with results. I feel so much more confident in myself too!

Joined this practice recently but now I have unfortunately left. Didn’t have a good experience at all. I would not recommend. The dentist I seen didn’t put me at ease at all and was very rough. I have now joined another practice in Troon which is so much better and have had a lovely experience so far.

I’ve had a couple of fillings and several appointments now and can only say it’s been amazing. dr Shazhad is thorough, professional and goes through all your options for treatment. The service at front desk is amazing as well and to be honest after only being with this dentist for a relatively short time in the grand scheme of things I feel valued as a customer.

I couldn’t recommend enough! I had Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding with Dr Adam Shahzad and I’m so pleased with the results. Adam was so friendly, patient and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The whole team at Troon Dental Studio made me feel so comfortable every visit, and my smile has honestly never looked better! Thank you so much 😁

Just had a brilliant experience at Dental Studios Scotland - Troon. My hygienist, Amber, was amazing. She was incredibly thorough and professional, leaving my teeth feeling fresher than they have in years. The whole appointment was smooth and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!
