I want to say a huge thank you to Hardeep and her wonderful dental nurse. My 12 year old daughter needed a tooth removed so she could have her braces fitted. She’d had a horrible experience getting her first tooth taken out elsewhere and was incredibly anxious about going through it again, to the point she was refusing. From the moment we arrived, Hardeep was absolutely outstanding. She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring, and the dental nurse was equally kind and supportive. They took their time, we were in for over an hour, and not once did they make us feel rushed. They explained everything step by step, talked my daughter through the whole process, and created such a calm, comforting environment. In the end, the tooth came out smoothly, and my daughter said it was a completely different experience from the first one. She had built it up so much in her head, but thanks to Hardeep and the team, it turned out to be so much better than she expected. I honestly couldn’t sing their praises any louder. Their care and professionalism made an enormous difference, and my daughter is absolutely thrilled to have found her new dentist. Thank you again, Hardeep, we are so grateful for your support.

Following a recent major operation, I needed advice and guidance for a personal matter regarding accessibility. Following a very constructive conversation with Practice Manager, Lindsey McIlwraith, all my concerns were addressed and resolved with friendly understanding and genuine clarity. Lindsey took time to listen carefully to me and thoroughly understood all my new needs. My husband and I have been patients here for about 25 years and we have always felt supported and been treated in a very friendly and professional manner. Thank you once again Lindsey for being so friendly, approachable and helpful.

I like My Dentist Prestwick. Amir is knowledgeable and a great dentist explaining the issues and options. The team are organised and well turned out. Recommended.

After lockdown, I had to find a new dentist and hygienist. I was passing by and noticed in the window that hygienist appointments were available, so I went in and made an appointment. I am so glad that I did as I now have a new dentist and hygienist that I see regularly. The surgeries are modern and well equipped. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is up to each individual person to choose the right dentist for their care.

Went for emergency appointment today abouslte fantastic sorted my tooth out right away when i was in so much pain the staff are a brillant and they make it such and easy process.

Recent visit to this dental practice was a positive experience as usual. All staff from reception to dental nurse are all very professional and efficient Dentist, Ross Simpson carried out treatment to his usual very high standards. I can highly recommend this practice

I have nothing but the utmost respect for the Prestwick Dental Practice. Amir is my normal Dentist, but I have had the pleasure of being seen by Lauran & Sehr, also. I have a very constricting schedule, but the Practice are always able to squeeze me in, and always go above and beyond to provide treatment, and relevant accessories. Truly incredible people, throughout the Practice.
