Manor Lodge Dental Surgery

I was referred to Manor Lodge by a friend for a Dental Implant Consultation. This has been an ongoing procedure that I’ve been actively putting off as I was very nervous. Since my first appointment with Robert he took the time to explain the procedure, and also other options. He listened to me and understood my concerns. Due to his dedication, hard-work and attention to detail, I now have a fantastic smile. Therefore I highly recommend Robert and his lovely team!

Just had an implant done, brilliant customer service from the receptionist. I had lots of enquiries leading up to this appointment, of which she helped me through every one. The dentist was absolutely wonderful with me, knowing how nervous I was, he comforted me and talked me through the process which really helped. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a cerec crown fitted. Very professional and caring. I was initially nervous but found the whole experience interesting and pain free. Also saw the therapist/hygienist for hygiene instruction who was very thorough. Robert Jenkins runs a brilliant practice along with his team, I can definitely recommend the practice and I am married to a retired dentist.

Seriously need to work on their customer relations side. Felt like they didn't want me there, while insisting on guidelines that are out of date according to my research (mouthwash held for a minute and into spittoon) while ignoring common sense ones used by others (covering shoes that are going to go on the dental chair). Competent hygienist but please lose the attitude.

I travel for an hour to get to this dental surgery as I have always been extremely happy with the treatment I receive. I value my teeth.

Everyone takes the time to explain treatments clearly, which really puts you at ease. The level of care is outstanding and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The dentiats, Robert and Lisa along with their dental nurses Karen, Jo and Jo are incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and thorough, and the whole practice is modern, clean and very well run. Nothing ever feels rushed, and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make each visit as comfortable as possible.
