Well, what can I say, having taken the plunge to get some implants to sort out what can only be described as a severely uncared for set of teeth, I have been pleased with every single encounter with Marden Dental Surgery. The receptionists are engaging and welcoming, the dental nurses are sympathetic and caring as well as well knowledgeable and professional. Umer my implant surgeon has been highly informative and honest about the challenges he is facing in getting me a decent set of Nashers. Whilst when having a few teeth replaced and one extracted is never going to be fun or pain free, the entire team including Alison the practice manager, who soted out the finance, have made it a very refreshingly encouraging and professional experience. They are a great example not just how a dentist should be run but any customer facing business Well done all.. Phil

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Fabi and her nurse, Lucy. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly comfortable—something I’ve never experienced at a dental office before. Despite being a last-minute emergency appointment, they accommodated me without hesitation and treated me as if I were a long-time patient. Since this practice has come under new management and been revamped I can’t sing its praises enough. Uzma is fabulous - friendly, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, deft and kind. I recently had work done by a lovely smiley gentleman who went over and above in terms of dentistry work, advice and reassurance. Again, super friendly. Receptionists are top too. Efficient, clean, on the ball and top notch are the words that spring to mind. Best incarnation of this place yet in my opinion

Great experience at Marden Dental Practice. Had a tooth extracted by Dr Uzma, she was extremely thorough and explained the procedure, side affects and post care treatment clearly and thoroughly. I visited this practice as a new patient from out of the area after a recommendation. I had a broken filling and was extremely nervous, having avoided the dentist for two years due to anxiety. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcome, guiding me through a quick and easy form with professionalism and kindness. Their attentive approach immediately put me at ease. I can't praise Fabi and Lucy enough! They were incredibly reassuring, and I had the most painless, stress-free filling experience ever. I have a great experience today. The scale and polish were thorough, and the dentist Shreyas took time to explain everything clearly also sent me video regarding brushing technique. My smile feels refreshed!
