Was seen on time and both practitioners - hygienist & dentist - explained clearly & concisely what they were going to do/doing. Afterwards all questions were answered clearly and practical suggestions offered for good oral hygiene going forward. All the practice team members - including receptionists - are friendly, helpful and efficient. All in all as pleasant an experience as going to the dentist could be!

I had 2 crowns with Dan at Brenchley Dental. The process was made easy and pain free for me. I was talked through the process, made to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend Brenchley Dental Services. I have also in the past need to use other dentists at the practice for an emergency and everyone has been great.

Had a sore tooth which was getting worse - phoned first thing yesterday and the receptionist asked a few questions about the issues and then called me back to say they would see me first thing that morning. Dentist was professional, gentle and thorough and identified issue. Couldn’t have been a better experience or any smoother. Hugely impressed. First time I’ve needed an ‘emergency appt’ although been a patient there for 20+ years and really grateful to the practice.

My children both go to Brenchley Dental. After, being recommended to have a wisdom tooth removed it was the only dental practice I was going to trust to perform this procedure. Every single person within their individual roles have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. We had our routine annual appointment for myself and the children with a wonderful new dentist. She took the time to give us thorough attention and helpful advice, and we left feeling very happy and well looked after.

I saw the hygienist sue pepper after about 12 years, yes I know life got in my way. Anyway she was fantastic and did a fantastic job, so did her assistant I used to go to this dentist before my 12 year break, and they was fantastic then, when I use to see Mr Riley who has now retired. Looking forward to getting back on track where my teeth are concerned

Very easy to log in, find an appointment online that suited me, fill in details required to update my info. Very pleasant experience with the hygienist who has done a great job, was very knowledgeable and was very thoughtful, checking I was okay multiple times.
