I had an emergency appointment here for the first time today. Seen quickly, staff very helpful and friendly! Dentist was great. Thank you so much

I normally have a lovely dentist here. But today I felt like I was spoken to like l was beneath the dentist when I went in with an infection. He should think more carefully about how he treats his patients. He more or less blamed me for the infection from my impacted wisdom tooth. Disgusting

My son had a tooth extracted today, we don't know the name of the dentist, but he was very friendly and reassuring as my son was quite nervous, he did a great job and hopefully he will have no more pain, would definitely recommend this dentist 👍

We’ve been at this dentist for just over a year and they’re brilliant. The receptionist, nurses and dentists are all so friendly and I never feel like they’re promoting unnecessary work, which I’ve felt with past dental practices. My daughter had her first appointment here this week and they were so patient and gentle with her. Thanks for being a lovely team!

Had emergency appointment here today, dentist was really lovely, efficient and quick. Prescribed safe antibiotics due to being pregnant.

My son second visit was a good experience .The most impressive part of the visit was that Dr.Alva took the time to show him problem areas on x-rays, which he have never had a dentist do before. This helped him to know why and how to care for his teeth better, thus motivating him to do so. He and his nurse Sophie have a special way of making his visit personalised , comfortable and stress-free.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, had a tooth extraction yesterday as an emergency, pain was unbearable and I was referred through NHS 111. Entered the surgical room both dentist and assistant were very polite. I was given injections and within 2 minutes they were pulling the tooth, I was clearly in agony as I've never sworn at someone trying to help me before, I did apologise, assistant was giving me encouragement about how well I was coping with the pain(No one should have that much pain) why couldn't they have waited a few more minutes before starting the procedure so I didn't have to endure the most pain I have ever felt in a dentist, I have had fillings before without anesthetic and never felt that intense pain, but in the end they got the tooth out and I'm feeling better now. They are pleasant people reading from a crib sheet,To me it appears they have time constraints especially for emergencies
