Rodericks Dawley Family Dental

Lovely dentist and great team! this was my first time visiting here after moving house and they were great. i was seen to straight away at exactly my appointment time. The reception ladies were really helpful in guiding me to the correct room and my check up was just as brilliant. they made sure i was comfortable and explained things throughly. will be going back here for my checkups!

After years of putting off going to the dentist due to fear, I finally plucked up the courage to attend Rodericks Dawley Family Dental for a hygienist appointment with Kinga. Kinga was fantastic and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. There was no judgement or lectures about how long it had been since my last visit—she was incredibly understanding and patient with me. The appointment itself was amazing. It’s genuinely the best £116 I have ever spent. She cleaned my teeth so well that I actually became emotional when she showed me the results. My fear of the dentist has now completely gone, and I will definitely be attending regular check ups and hygiene appointments from now on. I cannot recommend them enough—I truly had the best experience I could have hoped for 🙂

Brilliant, had a tooth infection, rang up, apologised for not being about to get in same day, got in next day, which I was not expecting at all, sorted tooth out, antibiotics and the care is amazing I suffer from gag reflex and my dentist is very patient & understanding with me, Explaining everything at every state. Will not try and push you out of door to get next patient in, and will talk to you until you’re happy to go. All the reception staff are very friendly and helpful , Over all , this practice is brilliant ,would recommend

I am extremely nervous and anxious about visiting the Dentist. But today on my first visit I was treated with the utmost respect and care. Neil Fitzsimmons and his assistant were wonderful. Luckily I don't need any work doing but I would definitely not hesitate to do so if necessary. Thank you from an extremely nervous patient 😬

My daughter came in on her own today and came home and explained that it had no use in going as they took a 5 second look at her teeth and gave her no feedback on her appointment. Following this and my last appointment with my son, we feel like service given is not like it used to be at all. We used to see Harry, I think it was, lovely young man who took time, explained and very informative and now we have the complete opposite. Very disappointing

Except girls from reception which were really friendly nothing is okay about this place. I am definitely not going back there i have left the practice with shock... dentists (Iffat Quayum) hands were smelling like poop (no joke) I could smelll it for hours after I have left the clinic , this made me almost throw up... the equipment is dirty , they gave me some sticky protection glasses and dentist herself was not gentle at all. Worst experience ever. I am suffering from panic dissorder and anxiety so it was hard for me to comprahend what actually happened I was just purely shocked. I am not reccomending this place to anyone that have a bit of respect for themselves. I am in the process of looking for a better place now.

I paid for the gold package together with the new ‘AirFlow’ cleaning treatment. Wow, I was literally blown away. The treatment helped remove tea stains from my teeth, leaving an extremely clean feeling, and brought back a more natural white appearance. Makes the expense of a hygienist appointment worth it.
