I had my appointment with Natalie today and I’m honestly so happy with how it went. As usual, she was incredibly gentle and calm the whole time, which always makes such a big difference — I never feel nervous with her. She pays such close attention to every little detail and really takes her time to get everything just right. It’s so reassuring to know the work she did for me years ago is still perfect, and today’s visit was just as good. I’m really grateful for the consistent care she gives and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Been going to the practice for 20+ years, myself and the family are all nervous when it comes to dentists. The whole family have been looked after from day 1 by Natalie, she has always put our minds at ease and has always reassured us. Billy has always been fantastic — friendly, informative, and incredibly supportive throughout my Invisalign treatment. She has taken so much care to make sure I achieve the best possible results, and I’ve always felt completely confident in her expertise. The whole practice is welcoming and helpful from the moment you arrive. Jane is absolutely wonderful - always chatty and friendly! The team always goes out of their way to make appointments easy and stress-free. I also really appreciate the reminder calls the day before appointments, which is such a thoughtful and helpful touch. A genuinely excellent dental practice with a wonderful team!

He showed me my X‑rays, pointed out exactly what was happening, explained every single detail clearly, and answered every single question I had — nothing was too much trouble. He made sure I understood 100% before we did anything. When it came to taking my teeth out, he was so incredibly gentle — honestly, I was so scared, but he made it completely painless and calm. I barely felt a thing! He talked me through every step, reassured me constantly, and was just so kind and caring the whole time. 🦷💖 You can tell he is so skilled and experienced, but also such a genuine, lovely person who truly cares about his patients. Absolutely fantastic experience at Dawley Dental Practice today. Dr Cameron managed to see me at very short notice as I had an emergency issue. He was very polite, professional and extremely efficient. He did a brilliant job and I was able to return to work immediatly. The reception staff were lovely too, very reassuring and kind. Sophie the Dental Nurse also did a great job. I would highly recomend this practice. Thank you.

Great communication with everyone I spoke to at the practice. My appointment was dealt with by a lovely lady ( sorry I did not get your name) on the telephone and then in person when I arrived there. Both ladies on reception were friendly and efficient and my waiting time to see Ed was short. Thank you Ed for your kindness in making me feel at ease and explaining everything to me. A very good experience throughout and anyone looking for a practice do not hesitate and make the call.

We have used Dawley dental practice for 10 years and have always had the best experience and care. Ed Lane has been great and always taken the most care in all of our check ups and treatments. Would highly recommend this dental practice. Unfortunatley, we are moving and will no longer be patients at the practice but we can only hope that we find a new practice that offers the same first class service as Dawley dental.
